I even got a lot of coworkers, family members, and friends to buy a membership. When I returned to the gym my key fob stoped working while I was still getting charged, I got it a new one and after a week it "stopped working". Almost like they didn't want me there wich was understandable and I figured my membership was revoked. Come to find I've been getting charged to this day and I gotten a 20 dollar up-charge on top of my monthly charge, I lost over 500 dollars and when I notified Scott he essentially told me he couldn't do nothing about it and I should've told him sooner. Even when I explained what happened they said "no you probably were in the red zone" because my key fob stopped working "but then everything was good" yea I went to get a new one that stopped working right after. When someone's key fob stops working repeatedly and you get random bs charges you don't just say sorry . I joined anytime because I had no time to workout other than late at night and in order to get help I have to call out of work and when I tried to call nobody would answer. Hopefully you find a better place to work out that actually cares for their community and not their pockets. Do better Scott

Also, not a lot of "meat heads" banging weights really loud. The owner (Jack) is usually around if you need anything or want some advice, but isn't in your business. They also don't shove the personal training down your throat. Get the Myzone fitness tracker when you sign up, it's a pretty neat tool to push you. Overall, fantastic place to get a well rounded workout and not fight the crowds. Highly recommend!

They have birthday parties and day passes along with parents night out and summer and spring break camps. My kids were also excited to sign up for their seasonal classes including painting and gymnastics. The monthly family membership is only $45 which was cheaper than my single gym membership. They offer a military discount too, so we pay $36 a month for a family of 4. Workout classes are included and you get a discount on the kids' activity classes like gymnastics and swim lessons. The facilities are top notch -- but for me, what really sets Matrix apart is the quality of tennis instructors. For years, I played tennis in pain. I'd voiced this concern to coaches at other clubs but none could offer a sustainable solution or precisely diagnose what was causing it. But, Matt at Matrix was able to break down my form and identify the issues. Needless to say, I had some deeply rooted bad habits that needed correction. Through roughly 10 lessons, Matt patiently gave me cues-- one at a time-- so I could focus on fixing that specific element. He listened to my feedback and phrased things in different ways until I understood his recommendations, and could implement them repeatedly. Now, for the first time, I'm playing pain-free, and I've substantially improved my consistency. Life-changing.

I have going to HOTWORKX for a few months now and I have been extremely impressed with everything…read more I was originally skeptical of a infrared studio but after my first Hot Cycle class I was sold on the concept. The atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming. Every time I have walked into the studio I have been greeted with a hello or welcome. They have 8 saunas, the first four saunas are set up for isometric workouts like Hot Buns, Hot Bands, Hot Yoga, etc. The last four saunas are set up for H.I.T workouts, they have two Hot Cycle saunas and two Hot Blast (cycle workout that involves arm movements). Because of Covid-19 it's one person (plus a family/friend if you feel comfortable working out with them in an in closed space) per sauna. The saunas are big enough and normally set up for three people to workout together. If you are looking for a place to workout then I would highly recommend HOTWORX. The rates are really reasonably and they have a family package deal also. Plus the first workout is free.
