I had Seemore Glass come out and fix a frameless glass shower door another vendor installed three…read moreyears ago. Since new, that door has been poorly aligned and finally started slipping out causing glass on glass contact. I attempted to fix it myself, but it would slip back out of alignment after a few days. It was super easy to book with Seemore, I used the Yelp quoting feature and he provided me a quote quickly and a rough idea of what he was going to do to fix the issue just from the couple pictures I uploaded. I prefer this method of communication so there are no surprises. He came early and got the job done quickly. He replaced everything he said he would and even replaced my screws as they were somewhat stripped. He also added a splash sweep which I never had. He didn't charge for these additions, and in fact he let me keep extra of the sweep that he didn't use (at least 6 feet) saying that they usually need replacement every few years. He easily could've kept that for another job. He didn't charge anymore for all the extras. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and now the door is perfectly aligned (better than new) and he assured me it wouldn't slip anymore! I paid him 50% deposit and gave him professional drawings with dimensions to work off of. The quality of work was beyond unacceptable. The welds were spotty and not grinded. The cuts were not even remotely straight. The handles were not even. I told Logan this was not acceptable and if he can make just an open frame cart. He responded by requesting ANOTHER $500 plus $250 down and that "This is good quality". Requesting even more for a simplified frame is an absolute joke. We decided to just cut our losses with the deposit and just leave an honest review. Logan never responded.

It is not July 1st and they have NOT completed the work. They have not been returning calls, texts or emails, and when we did manage to get through to them from a different phone number they claimed they had been having issues with their phones and promised to send someone out. They sent someone out once, and they did not finish the job. We still don't have a sun shade, they were supposed to replace some janky looking lattice work under the bottom step, and the work they did needed repairs that they did not finish. Issue was many had "widow-makers" and other dead limbs, as well as lots of shrubby trees and vines in the lower areas. All in all, it was almost 20 acres with predominately live oaks and cedar elms that needed significant trimming (never had been trimmed before), and clearing below. They did an amazing job for the money. The best part, they were a turnkey solution. They trimmed, painted a protective coating on the trim locations, and hauled everything off in trailers.
