Her estimates were perfect! I appreciated her enthusiastic cheerful manner and her always prompt returns of phone calls. She delivered the food exactly at the time requested. Set-up was quick and, as I expected, cheerful. We appreciated her providing table tents (cards) to identify the ingredients in the dishes. All the food items were awesome! Thank you, Alyssa and Mickala! We received many compliments from our guests about the delicious food, especially the fresh fruit platter and the desserts. The grilled beef sliders were very popular. The staff was friendly, the food was affordable, and the location was very practical. We were amongst the last customers and was very fortunate that we got food and didn't have to look elsewhere. I ordered the elk Burger, which was good. The fries were delicious too. If you come to visit this area, I would highly recommend checking out this food truck. They also have a lot of picnic tables nearby to sit at and enjoy your meal.

I've had to substitute the chicken for beef when we got to the food truck late and it was just as good! Really good quality beef, not greasy or runny. Adrian was super flexible and accommodating and stayed late so all my guests and the wedding party could be fed even though he had an early morning food truck festival the very next day. Maybe the biggest problem with what I did was stop last at the Loose Cannon Food Truck. This food truck is next level to say the least, why you ask? Because you get chicken, mashed potatoes, and gravy inside of a friggin' waffle cone.....sorry, i started drooling. I'm baffled as to how nobody was in line for this truck because I was able to order and start eating this beautiful cone in under 4 minutes. I fell in love with this thing after the first bite. The large juicy chicken chunks on the top are delicious and it only gets better from there. The cone starts to get soft and when you mix that was those yummy mashed potatoes, well, you find heaven in food form. I highly recommend anyone coming to food truck Tuesday's or anyone who visits there site and finds out where this truck is (I might start doing this regularly) comes and checks this innovative truck out, you won't regret it!

The "flagship" stand is a food truck called the Catbird Griddle that serves homemade buckwheat pancakes with local fruit, maple syrup and the best bacon I've ever had. You can also get lunch options, which are also great, but the pancakes are the star. Also, good coffee. Angelica is a gorgeous small town, with beautiful homes and big sleepy trees. Definitely worth a stop (exit off of 86 at "angelica") and then turn right and then left into town.

Had tacos and nachos todos…read more The soft shell tacos were good, I wish I had chosen more items for on it, as it was a little thin with my choices. The Nachos were great, definitely a meal alone. A nice large serving for $5. The young man that took our order was very nice and the order was done in a mater of minutes. I would suggest if you haven't tried them, do so soon. This is a nice change for the area and wish we would see maybe another food truck come along with different foods.
