If you need to, you can pull up your car to the front, unload to check in, and then find parking after but honestly, parking isn't all too far if you want to do that before going in. The staff is super friendly and helpful, adding to the cliche of southern charm. This boutique-style hotel, is super cute from their lobby to their rooms. I stayed with a friend and our king bed was spacious and the amenities were nice. We didn't have a fridge or a closet but did have a wardrobe and desk. Overall, our stay here was great!

Here was the issue, way too many noodles, not enough broth, they added bean sprouts to it and put way too much as well as too much onions and cilantro. Very little meat too. The newly married couple arrived from the UK a few days in advance of the party, but both of them came down with Covid. Needless to say, we had to cancel the party, and all of us were devastated! We had to wait for him to set up tables so we could start decorating. Some of the tablecloths had stains on them, probably from night before. The chargers they used were dirty, we had to wash food off several of them. To top it off, he was rude. Not apologizing or trying to make things right. He was supposed to come back and mop before guests showed up cause the floors were disgusting and decided to show up Late when our guests were there and tried to mop....we told him to forget it... He isn't moping around guest. Not one time Did he apologize or make things right. He would be mad or fling his hands. He even showed the venue to 2 or 3 People while we were trying to decorate. Making them promises of stuff he would do, that he did not do for us. When you rent a venue, you expect to walk in and it be clean and ready for you to use. That was definitely not the case!

She was calm, patient, personable, and answered every single question we had, down to the smallest details. I never felt rushed, and everything was explained so clearly. I especially appreciated having everything printed out and broken down for us, including the easy payment options. It made what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process feel simple and manageable. The venue itself was BEAUTIFUL, and I loved that the location was all-inclusive. The tour truly gave us everything we could have asked for. But what really stood out to me were the personal touches. Seeing our names already placed on the table setting was such a small detail, but it made the experience feel personal and made it so easy to picture our own wedding there. Although our wedding plans ultimately changed and we won't be moving forward at this time, that does not change how wonderful our experience was. I felt very uncared for and there was definitely a communication problem. A lot of things are revealed after you sign the contract. For example, you don't get to keep any leftover food from the buffet YOU pay for. Instead, the staff served the smallest portion possible to my guests and then took all the leftovers for themselves. The security guard carried of bags full of our food at the end of the night. The lighting I paid for was forgot about until the very end of the morning got. The DJ "forgot" to do my bouquet and garder toss so we lost that experience. Some of my guests complained about rude staff. For example, my father in law is a double amputee and asked for a glass of water and was told to walk to the bathroom fountain for water. The photographer ruined my husband seeing me when we did our first touch, he turned the camera around and showed him the pic of me standing behind him. My dress experience was a nightmare. The tux they sent my husband was stained up. I was told that my things would be in the exit vehicle by the coordinator, but when I got to my hotel I find out that I don't have my cell phone, purse, wallet, ID, or my change of clothes for our after party. Basically I felt like the bare minimum was given by them the whole time. I thought my wedding planning would be fun but it actually caused me some depression. I forgot to mention Kait forgot about my wedding rehearsal so I had to have it the morning of the wedding! If I could go back, I would not of had my wedding here. Not worth the money and the experience left me feeling regretful. I messaged Kait, my wedding coordinator to let her know of all the disasters that happened when she left my reception and never even got a reply. That shows how much I was cared for. Update: management replied to my Google review saying someone would call me that day. Two days later and still no call. They don't care.

Second, there are no device charging stations or options in any of the spaces. Third, the rooms bordering kitchens are thin and kitchen sounds dominate the volume in those ballrooms. Finally, catering provided by Omni was not tasty.

What a pleasant first impression. The rooms are all almost situated at corners that afford views of the golf course. I loved my room from the moment I walked in. It was not at a much higher floor, yet the view was pleasant. I could see the city on the horizon and right before me, the rolling course and walkways. The room itself was very comfortable--open space with no corners to hide rooms or closets that typically make me feel uncomfortable when staying at a hotel by myself. The King bed was very comfortable. There were ample outlets to plug my devices, and the lighting was just right. I enjoyed the rainforest shower head, the toiletries, and the large mirror with makeup lighting, plus a magnifying smaller mirror for touch ups. The bar, coffeeshop and restaurant were all stocked well. The conference rooms huge and tucked away at a private enough corner of the hotel that doesn't bother the guest room area. A bit of a walk but great for exercise. The shuttle ride to and from another wonderful spot, Ryder Cup Grille, was a welcome service. Definitely a property I would return to despite not being a golfer, but for the wonderful amenities and all the above.
