I've taken 2 of my birds here and Dr. Coldiron has been amazing with both of them. He saved the life of one of my birds when she was having an emergency and would have passed away that day, but they had a slot open to see her and he performed bird surgery that day. And inexpensively at that. Zoe is grateful. They also give you a phone number to text anytime you have any questions and I've never had a vet do that. Zoe and Skittle say thank you and #Trump2024!

After begging this vet clinic to help out out street after they have caused a plethora of issues…read morefor my neighbors and I over the last 2 years, they continue to mistreat us. *Yelling at my deaf neighbor who just wants his HOSPICE nurse and FOOD DELIVERY to be able to park in front of their own house, they now have been having to put obstacles in front of their house to reserve their essential parking for their life/death health needs because the techs from the vet clinic hog up our whole street. Constantly making it more dangerous and difficult for us. Not to mention the dead kittens that I've already complained about to the clinic that the continue to ignore. Now their employee that not only parks the wrong direction, and in the road on a frequent basis, hit my trashcan right in front of me. When she got out she just stared at me, I waved, and she stomped off. Didn't pick up my trash can, didn't wave, didn't apologize or acknowledge her rude behavior. The day before I told her that her car was parked the wrong direction and she might want to move it so she doesn't get a ticket. She stood there and listened, and then just stomped off. Other than standing there and listening, she didn't other wise acknowledge me. I'm tired of being disrespected, having my property abused. I was polite to this women every single time. This clinic does not care about the community, respect and they do not care about the diseased cats and dead kittens that their clinic attracts. They just leave them to suffer in the abandoned house next to their parking lot. I've had to have the city involved multiple times over this and I Will continue to report the sick animals that keep turning up and being neglected. It's very unfortunate that when I attempted multiple times to work WITH the clinic, they not only refused, but tried to push blame back on me. Despite the fact that this issue predates my residence here. And they killed my dog by giving him Unnecessary enimas until he died. Slapped me with a big ol big for it too after they misdiagnosed him and killed him. Now their balcony overlooks his grave. I spent thousands of dollars there just for them to be hateful and abusive to our community. I wanted to move on from this situation, I let it go. I've been kind to the people who park in front of my trash cans, who block up my driveway, prevent my utilities. All from their clinic. But they KEEP doing stuff. No changes, no accountability, no communication, no kindness. If you want me to let it go, stop disrespecting my property. This is ridiculous to continue to be mistreated after we already did a claim with the BBB.

They were very overdue for this, as I got them off their schedule during the move. I finally took the poor darlings in yesterday for their first groom at this new place, and we are absolutely thrilled. Four dogs is a lot, and I was running a little late so I was flustered in trying to explain what I wanted. Also, two of the dogs are my parents' dogs, further complicating my monologue. Sharon was so patient and sweet with me, she immediately put me at ease. My two dogs are getting to be seniors, a fact I try to ignore. Gertie in particular has been losing her hair in big clumps. Sharon got their grooming so perfect that they almost look like puppies again. I'm thrilled with how good they look and how happy they seem with their new 'dos. Thank you to Sharon and Pampered Pets! It feels so good to know we've found a wonderful spot for grooming, and this probably means we've also found our vet.
