The first time was to clean up a huge Maple tree stuck between a fence, deck, and shed. They were patient and took their time to ensure nothing surrounding the tree was damaged. They are competitively priced compared to what we have seen from other services used throughout our neighborhood. Royal tree is the best value for the money.

Brock from Royal Tree came out and made the process super easy. EDIT: As further validation Royal Tree was the right choice, the other company showed up at my house this morning to 'start services' even though I did not commit to, schedule, or confirm any sort of appointment with them. Had the services not already been done by Royal Tree, I would have come home to this company in the middle of services that I didn't authorize but would be on the hook for.

This company takes pride in doing a thorough job, including the cleanup. Once they did a big pruning job on an elm at a rental property that I had just purchased. When I went to check on the job, the ground underneath the tree was so immaculate that I didn't think they had been there yet. It wasn't until I looked up at the canopy that I saw the work had been done. Don't cut corners on your tree maintenance (I've done that), call a pro. Not only is Deyvison an expert arborist, he is very ethical and his prices are reasonable.

Two large locust trees as well as a Linden tree needed serious trimming. Requested an appointment while I was out of town thinking that it would be several days before hearing back (as with other contractors, in fact one hasn't even bothered responding). Vincent inspected the trees and sent a quote before I was even home. I still had questions and concerns and he came right out in person to discuss the job in detail. Their quote came in so reasonable compared to others, I spent additional time researching them as the price had me worried. The crew came when scheduled, on time! cleaned while they worked and left my yard and the neighbors yard (as they needed access) cleaner than it was before they came. I live in an older house which has needed a lot of maintenance and this is the most stress free project I've had to deal with so far, so refreshing to find professionals who don't try and gauge you on price and do a really good job.

I had reached to another company for tree removal as well as Alpine Tree and Shrub Care. Vincent reached out to me right away and then did a thorough site survey before giving me a quote, rather than try to estimate it over the phone. This was what the job entailed after the site survey and explaining what I wanted. 1) Cut off and remove - 2 cotton woods, 1 catalpa and 1 silver maple in front yard - cut to low stump 2) Remove bushes along S fence line in front yard (leave bush in corner near house) 3) Grind Stump (they went almost double the depth that they quoted me because they wanted to make sure the dead trees would not grow back). They surpassed my expectations. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and studious in their work and clean up. The icing on the cake was that they did this for $1250 less than any of the competition wanted to charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs tree removal.

All good. * I met with 3 different arborists before I chose. * All three were qualified and knew their stuff. * Jesus Devora passed the vibe check - t'was honest, kind, and direct, not salesy. * Devora gave me the clearest proposal. PRICE * Devora was several hundred dollars less than the others for the same scope of work. * The other companies were silly high on common services like stump grinding and trimming. Pft! * Devora did not nickel-and-dime me. Fair and reasonable. DAY OF TREE REMOVAL & TREE TRIM * The crew showed up right on time at 8a. * They walked me through the plan, answered my ?s, and made sure I felt good before they started. * They were respectful of my yard and both of my neighbors' yards and parking areas/alley access. WORK ETHIC * They worked hard - all. damn. day. * They removed a large, 80yo tree safely and smoothly, despite power lines in between branches, and even cut out/rescued a bees nest and brought to a bee keeper. * They cleaned up so well that my yard looked better than when they arrived. The things were diseased, dead in fact. They needed to come down, and I knew it was going to cost me a pretty penny, so I did what I'm sure most of you do as well...I called over a dozen of the people here in Denver via Yelp who do this kind of work. It was important for me to get a decent price on the work. Not that I'd simply go with whomever came in the lowest, I did want to make sure they were reputable as well...well, of the dozen folks who came out, they were the only ones who actually talked with me, and I could tell immediately that they were people with integrity. That their bid was significantly lower than just about everyone elses didn't hurt too much either! The job ended up taking two days, and it turned out that one of the trees was much more complicated in how it had to come down, so much so that I was expecting them to ask for more money once the job was done, as the whole thing was originally scheduled for one day. But that wasn't the case at all. They totally honored their bid and didn't even mention the extra work the job entailed. That one of the owners is the guy who actually goes up into the tree to supervise most of the work shows just how dedicated of a team they are. & he really knows his stuff! They not only remove trees but will also work with you on planting and feeding new ones. A lot of my neighbors are already asking for their contact info, so know that these guys are pretty wonderful. Front office called later that day, rattled through a litany of ridiculous excuses, and blew me off completely. No estimate, no responsibility, no respect. If they are so busy they can disregard sincere inquiries, then I wish them the best of luck. Based on this experience, however, I cannot recommend calling them.
