As someone who understands the hospitality industry, I believe there are many respectful and professional ways to communicate with guests. A simple, polite explanation would have been more than enough. Customer service should never be about winning an argument or asserting authority over a guest. It should be about making customers feel welcome and respected. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reminds staff that professionalism, courtesy, and respectful communication matter just as much as the food being served. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unwelcome before I even had the opportunity to try the ramen. I am not rating the food or the restaurant itself. I very rarely leave bad reviews, but this time I have to warn people. It's awesome that they are open on Christmas Day, but the food wasn't even edible. Total waste of money. We got the general Taos and sesame chicken and ended up wasting the food. I'm sorry for giving you a bad review on Christmas, but I hope this helps you improve your business.
