Stay away from this place. We lost several pieces of furniture including an antique table to water…read moreand mold. We also lost clothing , toys and other items to mold. When questioned, the owner denied any fault. Claiming it had to be condensation and rain blowing in around the door. It could not possibly be his "new" roof. Most of the furniture was at least 2/3 of the way back, including a mattress against the back wall. The top of the mattress was WET and moldy. The only outside wall is the door. Condensation? We saw a ceiling beam that was wet and moldy.

Get a dang key pad!! There's no trash disposal on the property. And a $75 fee if you or anyone leaves anything outside your unit! No electricity, the owner is an arrogant cocky pri#!. There's squatters living in the unoccupied units. The place is constructed out of cheap metal and wood. The units get wet inside during the rainy months and snow in the winter!! Horrible horrible place to store precious items!

The coded 24 hour gate access and well lit lot are awesome security features. We greatly appreciated auto bill pay feature also! We rented two 10' x 15' units with roll up garage style access doors that have high clearance and units have interior lighting. Large 26' box truck can be a bit tricky to swing around building corner in last row near fence line with parked/stored vehicles and trailered boats, but facility has been making great strides labeling parking for stored vehicles this year. Trish provides fantastic customer service & I cannot stress that enough!!! She gets back to you timely & has always been super helpful! If we're ever in need of storage units again she certainly has earned our family's business! Please consider them if needing convenient enclosed, trailer/vehicle, RV or boat storage. Great place!
