I needed a few guys fit enough for the job, who knew what they were doing, and had their own tools. I provided all supplies. I know how to roof myself so I could provide direction and help. You sent Caesar, Mauricio, and Francisco. You told me that it would be $35 dollars an hour each and that they would use their own tools at no additional cost. When they got to my house Saturday at 9am, I explained what I wanted. I was told that it was too much work, but they would do it for $500 each per day. They said they could get the job done in the two days scheduled. I already had everything set up and supplies delivered. So I agreed because spending $3000 on labor didn't seem unreasonable to me and I figured they could use the money. Those two days became a 4 day nightmare! My roof still isn't done, Ceasar and Mauricio did nothing but fight with each other, and they demanded more money to complete the roof. I paid them another $500 each on Monday but refused to do so on Tuesday. They told me on Monday that they were coming back on Tuesday to finish the roof. I thought that meant they didn't want money because I already paid each man $1500 to do the job but was wrong. Tuesdays evening when they packed up to leave they demanded another $500 each. I refused and demanded that they leave. I now have an incomplete roof and was swindled by the three guys you sent. You need to correct this by sending someone to finish my roof at your expense and giving me back the $2500 dollars I was swindled out of. These three men should not be used as laborers again.

This is an organization that provides services to homeless people, and what I've seen outside is a bunch of signs that say "hey, if you're going to sleep here that's great, please keep things clean and if you're 16-24 come in to get support when we're open." I don't know if things have changed since 2016 or their welcoming nature is just A Big Facade, but I've only noticed people (looking like they're) having positive experiences there. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The rules change all the time, are poorly communicated, and unfairly enforced. The only saving grace here is the residents - many of whom are exploring other places to live - given all of the new changes. You're better off somewhere like Pura Vida. If you are in early recovery, you are NOT safe at LifeRock. We had a resident who was hallucinating from withdrawals and instead of calling 911 or driving her to the hospital, the house manager tried to call her an Uber. I didn't feel comfortable putting someone in that condition in a cab to fend for herself, so I took a day off of work and personally drove the resident to the hospital to ensure she was checked in safely - she was later admitted to the ICU. Actions speak louder than words, and LifeRock's actions put residents' safety and recovery at risk. Also there are mouse droppings, ants, and fruit flies all over the Windsor house kitchen.
