I wouldn't give a star! We drove for hours with kids only to be served poor quality food. They know us we have been here many times. We let the staff know and they gave us the worse treatment. They served us days old bolb of Haleem and the chicken tikka masala was watery with no taste and extremely hard uncooked chicken. When we asked them if they could fix the haleem they added water and warmed it in microwave making it tasteless, chicken tikka masala was brought back same. The two servers girls are the worst! I asked one of them for water she rolled her eyes and walked away and asked me to ask the other girl who didn't even bother looking at us. We been their customers for a long time but, unfortunately we will never return again because of how they treated us and the quality of food they served us. Oh, and it took one hour for us to get the food and constantly asking for it. They should be ashamed of themselves for earning haram and treating customers long term customers so badly. read more

Ordered delivery a couple days ago - Aloo Gobi and Goat curry. Both curries had the exact same ingredients! No difference! Also, the Aloo Gobi had NO Gobi, only Aloo! I think all positive reviews here are fake or paid if you ever had Pak food. read more

Two stars for flavor I guess. I just got this, and I was excited to have tikka masala, but the consistency was more like a curry that I had to do a double take on my Postmates order. No. I did get tikka masala. It was very soupy, and it tasted a little cheesy. Not sure what specific ingredient caused that. I asked for medium spice, and got none. The scent isn't super appetizing either, but I guess for a cheap meal, it's something. I'm not super satisfied. Maybe it was just a bad batch? We got to the restaurant at 8:40 pm and didn't get our food till 9:50; side note, it was not busy at all. The lady working the front was extremely rude. Also, she took one person in our party's order and then left without taking anyone else's order... like that's a little weird (we had 3 other people that needed to order). The employees were not attentive; they never came to the table only to give the bill. When we did finally get the food, it was very good. Another thing is they don't provide ice water, you have to buy room temp bottled water. Such a shame that the experience was ruined by poor customer service. read more

I will always review this place the same 5 stars because of how well deserved it is! EVERYTHING THEY SERVE HERE IS A MASTERPIECE THERE ISNT ANYTHING I HAVE DISLIKED. Wow ok, so the chicken samosas you can definitely tell they are homemade because of the uniqueness and how flavorful it is. It has the perfect crisp to it and when you dip it into one of the sides, just WOW. no other words for it, just order them. We also always get the lamb over briyani and it is really to die for. The lamb smell is never strong and it almost melts into your mouth, once you get lamb you'll never want to get chicken briyani again! The naan is also a must here because of how fresh and tasty it is, it is truly gourmet I just don't know how they do it. I've gone here a few times. This place has amazing food but their service is awful. We arrived and waited a good amount of time for anyone to greet us. The girl who bussed the table acted like she was doing us a favor. The workers are rude, unhelpful, barely come to the table and stand around talking to each other instead of bothering to do their job. I'm not sure why other tables were provided pitchers of ice water but we were brought lukewarm water bottles. Seems like a race thing honestly. What a shame. read more

Flavorful food, including Pakistani, Arabic, and Indian food. I had the lamb saag, a Pakistani version of an Indian dish that I am familiar with, and it tasted sufficiently different, and was delicious. My girlfriend had the chicken qeema karahi, which was also flavorful and rich. We also had an enormous mountain of vegetable rice biryani, freshly made yogurt, naan (very good), and a mango lassi (excellent). The service was friendly and attentive, with the waiter giving excellent suggestions of food to try when we told him we wanted to try something that was different from food you might get at most Indian restaurants. The atmosphere was attractive and pleasant, and there was a mixture of people eating there. We could only finish half our food, and look forward to having more of this tomorrow! Not only does it have the Indian dishes that are staple for non-indian-pakistanian experts like us, but it had special dishes that I have not seen elsewhere... That being said... This place, I would come back here again for SURE, but not for the typical but for their chef specials. The veggie byriani is HUGE! You get literally a PLATTER full of rice, a feast fit for a family of 4. Definitely get MORE than your money's worth when it comes to the byriani and it was also quite delicious!! The Chicken Tikka Masala wasn't hot enough (temperature wise) , nor was it spicy AT ALL... The chicken was a bit dry, I think they cook the chicken on skewers and then transfer it onto the curry or vice versa (and the poked holes of chicken and dryness is indicative). The Garlic naan, well, who can mess up naan? (Then again, I've seen it done before) The best part was this ground beef kabob thing smothered in this really tasty, delicious, curry sauce with a kick that I would go back for JUST for this and the byriani. I can't quite explain it - you just gotta check for yourself. They also throw in a pitcher of water so you don't have to keep asking for more and it keeps you drinking water which is a bonus. Last week was my first visit to red chili halal and will certainly not be the last. Both the service and the food were great. It's located on corner strip mall, next door to an Indian Spice Market. The restaurant serves terrific Pakistani and Indian cuisine at reasonable prices. Though it's small and unpretentious from the outside, the atmosphere is pleasant and dining area is spacious. Seating options - cozy booth and handful of tables. I started off with basket of garlic naams ($2.39). It was freshly made and served piping hot. Best naam I have in while...perfectly crisp & lightly charred on outside, soft and chewy on the inside. Just the right amount of fresh herbs and garlic. For $2, it was more than enough. I had originally planned on getting the chicken tikka masala, but the owner insisted that I try the goat karahi since I like spicy food. Excellent suggestion!. The goat karahi ($11) was very flavorful and not too game. The stew like dish was very aromatic, tender and spice level was just right. My only complaint was that the meat was too boney and portions were small. Other than that, it was delicious. I actually used the leftover sauce to dip my naam which was quite wonderful. The small portion of basmati rice ($3) that I ordered with the dish was on point as well. All in all - I absolutely enjoyed my visit here. Everything was surprisingly good and very authentic. Don't know where to start. The chicken tikka was horrible - runny watery sauce with chewy chicken. The naans were over cooked and crispy. Nothing was the spice level we asked for. Sorry to have to leave a negative review. My wife and I called an order in and were told to pick up the order in twenty minutes. I arrived 25 minutes after placing the order and I was told that my order would be ready shortly. I waited for an additional 30 minutes before receiving an order, though the first order they gave me did not have the correct food. The staff reviewed my order and found that my order was already prepared and waiting for pick up, they just did not notify me. Once they found my order, they accidentally prepared the wrong dish for my wife. I then waited for another ten minutes while they fixed her order. I can say the restaurant's staff were very kind and apologetic to me throughout the whole process. Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. I appreciate them acknowledging their mistakes and they gave me a free drink while I waited for my second order. The food did not taste very good either. The chicken tikka masala and paneer masala were very bland even though we asked for medium level of spice. I understand there are multiple ways to prepare tikka masala, but nevertheless this rendition was exceptionally bland. I don't want to come off as mean, just informative. If I hadn't waited so long for the wrong order and then came home with the correct order finally to find that it was just bland, I wouldn't have even written a negative review. My experience here was overall pretty good. I came here for lunch on my 2 hour break, on a Thursday. It was pretty empty. I admit they do need some renovation on the inside of the restaurant, but that didn't really me too much. I'm here for the food. What really made me like this place is that the server suggested me a lunch platter which is cheaper versus me ordering off the regular menu. This is very thoughtful given that they could have just pushed me to order off the regular menu. It was a lot of food, for the price. I got the tikka masala chicken, the egg plant curry?, and the chicken. You get to pick 3 items and it comes with rice and naan! I unfortunately can't give this place a 5 star majorly due to the flavors of the tikka masala. It lacks a lot of flavor and can come off as watered down. These people are crooks. Last Sunday I ordered food online and they took my order, charged my card and who I went to pick up the food , they were closed for the day. They had a hand written sign saying they are closed because of a big cratering order.
