Since I've bought my last 3 pairs here I know I can trust them and that things will be just right. They had my measurements from last time so they didn't need to remeasure this time as my measurements were already stored on their computer system. The other stores in the mall have always been pricier for the same, or similar, frames, often by $100 or more. A bonus is the helpful salespeople, who I have found to be a bit more patient than the salespeople at the other optical stores at Pacific Mall. The reason why I'm giving four stars instead of five is how long it takes for orders to be filled. It took about three weeks for me to get my new glasses after being told it would be 7-10 business days. I wasn't even notified when they arrived - I had to call in to see what was going on with my order! When I got to the store, I was told that the glasses had arrived the previous afternoon and they didn't have a chance to call me. Not sure if I believe that story, but in the end, I have new frames with my correct prescription and I saved $100 compared to the other stores.
