We rented a red carpet from RCS.. he charged $385, showed up with a piece of carpet that could be purchased from Home Depot for $60 (max). He did not arrive on time and did not arrive to strike. They company also promised that they would handle the city permits and did not. We had to move the red carpet inside because they DID NOT handle the city permits. When they came to pick up the carpet, they did not return our original check, insisting nothing was wrong and offered no discount whatsoever. They ruined one of our art gallery walls in the process of removing their equipment (~$600 in damage). The guy would not leave our premises and called the cops, falsely stating that we had hit him. He fled before the cops arrived. read more
