I am writing this review as a promise to the driver, that I made during our encounter. Was always on time, and even went out of his way for some stops, without additional charges. My sister definitely made the right choice with the limo company, and the wedding was a success.

He pulls up after leaving us stranded and offers no explanation but admits that he does not have two buses, he had clearly been drinking and refused to take us to another location. The owner, apparently, picked us up. She had a clearly used car seat (yet claimed it was new) that was only buckled through the seat belt and had no tether. She said it didn't need latches, but car seats are generally required to have them. She assured us it didn't need it and was dismissive of my concerns. She even emailed after our trip to prove her point, claiming she has had many children travel with her...and never apologized for not bringing the latch strap. She does not properly train her staff and should not advertise safe car seat installation. Also, don't be rude to your customers and act like you know everything.

Very bad experience on October 18th, 2019. We here at Ace Limousine and Charter Bus Services of Houston Texas had made prior reservation and paid for a charter 55 pass bus for school event for our corporate client "Energized for Excellence Academy of Houston" to be transporting a group to Dallas for the entire day and return that late evening. Unfortunately, this day started off terrible at 4:45am, C&H Transportation bus was a NO SHOW! Our first initial call, Tony from C&H said; driver overslept, within 45 minutes later, Tony said; driver around the corner, be there in few minutes. Tony from C&H was keep making excuse then finally he said Driver broke down and After that each time we tried calling him directly, our number was blocked, he would no longer answer our call. (Keep in mind: this is already 7:15 am, and our clients 55 passengers/kids waiting for a bus)and he got full payment three days in advance! Finally, we sent two mini- shuttle buses from ACE to do job... Why he just didn't let us know of his horrible mistake forgot scheduling a bus for this event. We could have dispatched other transportation to take care of our clients 55 passengers/kids waiting at 5am in the morning, to avoid being awfully late. But, keep in mind, C&H wanted full payment as soon as we made reservations, which was very unprofessional on their part as an affiliate. We can't stress enough to all our fellow transportation companies and future clients DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My aunt booked Trill on Wheels for her birthday celebration. She wanted to do the R&B ride, but it…read morewas sold out by the time she booked it so she booked the Hip Hop Party Bike Tour. TOW has a private parking lot which was so convenient. They have a lounge area that you can wait in before the ride. The lounge had charging stations as well as a vending machine. There were also some fun photo ops including a large mural that paid tribute to 3rd Ward. Unfortunately the ladies room was a little messy. I also noticed that the floor near one of the couches was sticky. It's BYOB. They will provide ice, cups, and a cooler. We all brought mixed drinks in plastic containers (no glass allowed). Each seat has seat belts and there was a small seating area for those who didn't want to pedal. I was afraid we would have to pedal to keep the vehicle moving, but luckily we didn't have to. Each seat has a cup holder and a stand for phones except for the front two seats near the driver. Our driver Miracle and emcee Kee were a lot of fun. Even though it was the hip hop ride, they played a good mix of hip hop and R&B. We stopped at two bars. The bike has storage areas near the top that are secure so we were able to leave our things. We were also able to order food to go at the first stop and eat it on the bike when we arrived at the second bar. They have a cash tip jar. If you don't have cash, they take Cash app, Zelle, and Apple Pay. This was my first time doing a pedal party, and it was so much fun!
