If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would…read more I arranged transportation for one of my clients and was initially given instructions over the phone to submit the transportation request through their website. I followed those instructions and even called back to confirm they had received the request. They acknowledged that they had. The day before the appointment, I received an email stating they did not have any sedans available, only vans. I immediately called the company back to confirm that transportation in a van would be acceptable, and I was told that transportation would be provided. The next morning, they did not show up. When I called to follow up, I was treated extremely rudely. I was told that I was lying about the prices I had been quoted and that they did not want to do business with me. The entire experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and unacceptable--especially when transportation was being arranged for a client with an important appointment. If there was an issue, it should have been communicated clearly and professionally instead of confirming the transportation and then failing to show up. I will never use or recommend their services again.

I have used this company on a regular basis over the last year to get to and from my multiple jobs…read moreand appointments. Their timeliness is spotty at best. Today I requested a taxi and was told it would be 20 minutes, needless to say I waited for 30 minutes, called to check on my cab and was told that the driver had 'come by and waited for me and I never showed'. I was sitting/standing by the windows the whole time. I was told that I now had to wait 30 more minutes. I waited for over an hour to get a taxi and when I called to talk to them and complain about being made to wait an hour the 'manager' called me a liar and hung up on me TWICE!!! When I asked to speak to their supervisor or the owner they hung up on me. I don't care what kind of business you run, this is not how you treat customers ESPECIALLY somone who has brought you as much business as I have.
