I followed those instructions and even called back to confirm they had received the request. They acknowledged that they had. The day before the appointment, I received an email stating they did not have any sedans available, only vans. I immediately called the company back to confirm that transportation in a van would be acceptable, and I was told that transportation would be provided. The next morning, they did not show up. When I called to follow up, I was treated extremely rudely. I was told that I was lying about the prices I had been quoted and that they did not want to do business with me. The entire experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and unacceptable--especially when transportation was being arranged for a client with an important appointment. If there was an issue, it should have been communicated clearly and professionally instead of confirming the transportation and then failing to show up. I will never use or recommend their services again.
