We were picked up and dropped off on time. So if that's all you care about, you're good to go!…read moreHowever, when I texted to reconfirm my ride the day before, the pick up time was changed on me and I was told "look on the bright side, we had two car accidents last week and we're still sending a car out to get you." Yikes. The woman who picked us up was rude and unprofessional. The first thing she did was complain to us about how far out we were and how long it took her to get to us. The pick up/drop off service from SGI to ECP is on the website so I'm concerned with who this person was (driving) for her to not know how long it would take for her to get there. She also stopped for gas in the middle of our ride. I was quoted $180 for my ride and when I was dropped off at the airport, she told me she was going to charge me $250. When I told her that's not what I was quoted, she said "Sh**" and rolled her eyes. One last thing- it was raining out and she hydroplaned all over the place, drove well over the speed limit, and scared us by driving on the wrong side of the road quite a few times. Unfortunately I wouldn't use this service again, even though the man on the phone (when I first called to make the reservation) was very nice!

Extremely disappointing experience -- no compassion when it mattered most. If I could give 0 stars,…read moreI would. We had a reservation in the 30A area during a major hurricane threat, with a Category 3 hurricane expected to make landfall and a state of emergency declared in Florida. We made the responsible decision to cancel rather than travel into an area facing a serious natural disaster. Instead of working with us on a reasonable solution, the company repeatedly hid behind its "non-refundable" policy. We were not asking for a refund because we changed our minds or found something better. We were canceling because of an extraordinary situation completely outside of our control. Yet their solution was to offer us a future stay 60-90 days later, subject to availability, with the possibility that we would have to pay even more money if the new dates cost more. We made it very clear that we did not want a future stay or credit. We wanted a refund. That request was essentially dismissed. What has been most disappointing is the complete lack of empathy throughout this process. When people are dealing with a major hurricane and a declared state of emergency, the response should not be "here's a future credit, and you can pay the difference." A company can have policies and still exercise common sense and compassion. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. We are now escalating the matter through Airbnb, our bank and documenting our experience accordingly. After this experience, I would personally think very carefully before trusting this company with a significant amount of money for a future vacation. The way a company handles customers during a crisis says far more about it than how it treats customers when everything goes perfectly. This company failed that test for us.

We had RV trouble when we pulled out and Margie was ready to help and took so much stress off of our plates. Reasonable pricing and laundry on site as well. Would definitely recommend!

The owner, Barrett, picked us up at PCB on time (even though our chartered flight was running late). He greeted us with a smile, loaded us up, and loved our 2 dogs too! ;-) We used him upon return to PCB five days later. Not to my surprise, Barrett was early and let me know that he was available if we wanted to depart earlier (which we did). Again, very friendly and professional service all the way around. I strongly recommend Blue Water Shuttle and we will certainly use them again on our return visit next year. Brent Brown

It wasn't super busy when we arrived, but as the night went on, it picked up. Even though there weren't that many people there, the people who were there were partying. They had good music and the waitstaff was awesome. Our server danced with my friend at one point since there were way more women there than men. The DJ also played "line dance" music which got a lot of the ladies out of their chairs. The drinks are strong and pretty cheap because everything is cheap in Panamá compared to the States. When we left, the restaurant downstairs was hopping. It seems that Tántalo basically turns into a nightclub in the evening. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but they apparently have really good food. It is also a hotel. Not sure if the noise from the bar is a problem for hotel guests at night, but it is something to consider if you're planning to stay there.

I was very worried about a young girl traveling alone for the first time and especially about her safety back and forth to the airport. Well this review can not give a review on the quality or cleanliness of the car because I was not the one in the car. I was the worried father that probably drove Trei(? The call owner I believe) nuts. She arrived at ECP and Beth greeted her at baggage claims promptly and easily identifiable. I was very relieved knowing that she had been met and was on her way to the hotel. Was was remarkable, after she was dropped off at the hotel, my daughter received a phone call from the driver Beth that she had found $90 in the back seat and asked if she had lost it. My daughter checked her secret stash to find it missing. Beth was able to return it to my daughter. Thank you Beth for being so honest!!! God saw that and it's like money in the bank! Well fast forward a couple days. My daughters trip turned sour when the group just didn't get along. I ended up changing my daughters flight and called Amore who bent over backwards to get back to my daughter and bring her to the airport. Spring break is very busy but Trei was able to get it fine for me... Thank you very much Amore for the personalized and very honest service!!! A forever grateful father !!!

However, the ride from the beach across town for the ceremony and back again was so miserably hot the wedding party were feeling so sick from absolutely no AC. The driver said it would cool down but it was as if there was HOT air coming from vents for both rides. The champagne glasses for the warm champagne were actually hot to the touch. This was their silver stretch 500 and looked to be very aged on the inside, which I assume explained the AC issue. I emailed Trey and thanked him for the service but felt he needed to know about the AC so other wedding parties in Florida heat would not have to endure the ride....... absolutely no response from Amore. I didn't even ask for any type of refund, just thought a business that works a lot off of referrals should know. Not responding to a customer is like saying, "I got paid and that's all I care about."
