I have seen in the videos another kid hitting him. You are telling me a whole adult talked to him without my consent?! Teachers told the other kid hitting him has special needs. I didn't need that information. Biased and unprofessional. Just because my background(latino) is different doesn't mean I don't know english. We struggled with the evening room change until recently. You have newer staff in there that have created the same loving environment as the morning time. We now come to pick him up and he is laughing and playing, clean and never any tears. We have watched the cameras and the staff sit and play with the kids. They seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. I would be happy to recommend KRK to anyone. We will only be here for maybe another month before we head back to Florida to start our gyms. We will miss them especially Brandi. Their leadership team is second to none and it speaks volumes to me that every other daycare these days deals with teacher turnover issues but KRK has teachers there for 8, 10, 12 years all the time. They genuinely care for your child and family. I've seen them bond with the children here and some employees have seen kids grow up from being infants to going to Kindergarten. In the after school program they even have a set amount of time where they encourage the kids to work on homework and practice their reading, which is important as to some parents don't have a whole lot of time to help with homework so I like the fact that they care to help the children with those things. My children absolutely love the splash pad during the summer months, showing off their crafts, and singing songs they've learned. These people love my girl and she loves them. We left our other daycare program at our local church for so many reasons and KRK took care of every single issue we had. Here are the reasons I love KRK TOMBALL: 1. Open 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM 2. They serve/provide all the food (peanut free school as well) 3. 11 holidays off the entire year (our old program had 35 DAYS OFF from August to May!! ) 4. Open all year long/ no summer breaks 5. Within very close proximity of our home 6. Cameras 7. No car rider lines/just park - also no issues with pickup because parents all pickup kids at different times of the day 8. Tip top security (mirrored windows, fences that are shaded in, coded entry, etc.) 9. Procare app - they utilize this app for classroom transfers, bathroom breaks, nap times, what they are learning that day, incident reports if any (booboos and treatment), and fun pictures when they play outside. 10. The cost is worth everything they provide here - esp the peace of mind (we pay $285/week for a 2T toddler 5 days a week) 11. f you request off in advance they let you take the week off cost free for a vacation (after being there a year) 12. If you refer anyone to KRK they give you and the referral a week off of pay! I could probably come up with 20 more things about why I love this school. On top of having everything together, the staff genuinely seems to love their jobs and working with little ones as I never see much turnaround. No services, no resources, and no teaching has been provided. We were trying to be understanding of the circumstances and suggested the week to be prorated or potentially pay half tuition. The owners and director did not even address the families and are still demanding full pay. (Again, for no service being provided). We are extremely disappointed in KRK as they do not take into consideration the working families having to take off work (not getting paid) and still having to pay full price for no services being provided. How is it fair that working families do not get paid if we do not go to work, but your employees get full pay for doing absolutely nothing for the week? Send your children somewhere else that CARES about family and your children.

I strongly urge parents to avoid A Child's View Daycare. My experience with this place has been…read morebeyond unacceptable and honestly terrifying as a parent. The staff here are extremely unprofessional and many of them clearly should not be working with children. The owner, Cynthia, even admitted to me over the phone that she doesn't want certain employees working there but "has no choice" because she can't find anyone better. Hearing the owner speak that way about her own staff says everything you need to know about how this place is run. One of the first issues we had was with a teacher named Amber. She allowed my son to call her "mom" multiple times and never corrected him until I personally walked in and heard it happening myself. On top of that, she would message me on Facebook outside of daycare hours saying how much she missed my son, which I found extremely inappropriate and unsettling. Eventually my son was moved to another classroom with Caitlyn, and things did not improve. She constantly seemed distracted and unable to properly supervise the children. It's shocking to me that someone who struggles this much with basic supervision is trusted to watch toddlers. The reason I am writing this review is because of the incident that made us immediately pull our child from this daycare. On Friday, March 6th, my two-year-old son broke his arm while at daycare. No one told me. Not a phone call, not a message, nothing. I only realized something was wrong later that night and into the next day when he continued favoring his arm. I had to reach out to the daycare myself the following day to ask if anything had happened. Once I asked, the stories started changing. First I was told he "fell on the concrete." Then the story changed to him falling off the slide. Then the teacher said she actually wasn't sure what happened. How does a two-year-old break his arm in two places at daycare and no one knows what happened? We took him to the emergency room and confirmed that his arm was indeed broken in two spots. The fact that no one noticed, no one reported it, and no one could give a clear answer about how it happened shows a shocking level of negligence. This daycare is also extremely dirty and poorly managed. It feels like the only thing they care about is collecting tuition checks, not the safety or well-being of the children in their care. After everything that happened, we immediately unenrolled our child. No parent should have to worry that their toddler could suffer a serious injury and the daycare staff either doesn't notice or doesn't bother to tell them.
