Picking up and dropping off are a nightmare. Positive reviews from this place are completely fake. My son even told me a parent talked to him scolding him. I have seen in the videos another kid hitting him. You are telling me a whole adult talked to him without my consent?! Teachers told the other kid hitting him has special needs. I didn't need that information. Biased and unprofessional. Just because my background(latino) is different doesn't mean I don't know english. We struggled with the evening room change until recently. You have newer staff in there that have created the same loving environment as the morning time. We now come to pick him up and he is laughing and playing, clean and never any tears. We have watched the cameras and the staff sit and play with the kids. They seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. From the very beginning, we were consistently impressed by the level of care, attention, and organization Ms. Salma brought to the classroom. She has an incredible way of making each child feel seen and valued. Whether it was finding time to work individually with the children throughout the day or thoughtfully guiding them through the daily curriculum, it was clear how intentional and dedicated she was in everything she did. One of the things that stood out most was the effort Ms. Salma put into creating engaging activities and art projects. The fact that these were often personalized -- complete with each child's name and tailored touches -- meant so much to us as parents. It showed a level of care that goes above and beyond, and it played a big role in helping my daughter feel comfortable, confident, and excited to come to school each day. Because of the strong bond Ms. Salma formed with the children, my daughter was understandably hesitant about moving up to a new classroom. She grew very fond of Ms. Salma, and that alone speaks volumes about the nurturing, safe, and loving environment she created. While we are excited for this next stage in Room 2, there is no doubt that Ms. Salma will be deeply missed in our household. Because the only regret we had is not sending our son here sooner…read more --- --- --- We first moved to the area in 2021 and had been sending our son to a Kiddie Academy in Tampa prior to our move. So it was only natural for us to consider sending our son here, but this was a much newer/nicer facility than our old KA, so we ended up opting to send him to a different, cheaper daycare. Unfortunately, this ended up being a classic "you get what you pay for" situation, and we ended up sending him to several different facilities over the next few years. Once he started first grade, we ended up sending him here for after school daycare and he really enjoyed it. It was a significant upgrade from the YMCA-led aftercare that took place in his school's gym. Significant is not strong enough a word: night and day would be a better way to describe it. Things were so structured and calm at KA, compared to the YMCA where it kind of seemed like a free-for-all. And then over the course of the summer between first and second grade, he came here full time and he absolutely loved it. There was not a single day that he complained about going to summer school. He actually complained about NOT being able to go when we were on vacation, which is something I would have never imagined happening in 1,000 years. On his last day, he was close to tears because he was going to miss everyone so much. He loved the teachers, the kids and all of the fun that they had here. There were 1-2 field trips during summer school and they were the highlight of his week. Again, our only wish is that we would have just sent him here from day 1 and not messed around with the other options. The teachers and administrators are all great - we'll miss them too!

I NEVER enrolled my kids in the other daycares for unsatisfactory reasons. I emailed the owner at 3am with my concerns of what I was going through and at the earliest availability I truly needed help. Luckily, someone moved from the area and a spot became available!!! I learned that you get what you pay for and with this daycare you get a happy, healthy, satisfied child along with a peace of mind! This daycare is awesome and I recommend this daycare over any daycare!
