We came to Red Bay to have our Tiffin serviced. We choose to stay at Acres because we heard they have great wifi. That's important to us because hubby works remotely and need good wifi for conference calls. We were not disappointed, their wifi is pretty good and fast. However when the park is full, wifi seemed slow down a bit in the evenings because all coaches are back from services. It's a nice RV park compares to other RV parks in the area. It's well maintained, nice landscaping, a pond with fountain and lighting in the night. Daily trash pick ups. All sites have concrete pad, a picnic table (standard sites), a fire ring (premium sites), 50 amp, FHU. All sites are back in with pond view. Road is paved and wide. Not gated. Good size dog park in the front of the exit, there's water bowls inside the dog park, one for taller dogs, one for smaller dogs. You can pump the water in the bowls anytime, so no need to worry about no water. Very thoughtful! All pets and the owners appreciate it. Also provide doggy bags. There's covered seating on two corners, another thoughtful idea. The staffs are friendly. Due to the uniqueness of people coming here, almost every coach here is Tiffin and they all come to Red Bay for services, the service schedule might change, the park takes it into consideration and offers no cancellation policy. That's unheard of! We made reservations online. I called to reconfirm the reservations the next day. Judy, the lady I talked to on the phone is very friendly. Knowing we are there for service, she initiatively offered the option of reserving few more nights (without paying out front) because we might schedule more services when we are here. And, she was right! We had to stay couple more days for the services! She's very familiar with the whole situation and nice enough to mention it to us, so we don't have to move to other lot or ended up no lot to stay. The park was filled up during our extended stay! We loved to walk around the park with our dog, just very relaxing. There's a pickle ball court. A general store in the office. No public shower facilities. No laundry room, which is inconvenient for us because we don't have washer and dryer in our coach. We had to use a filthy coin laundry mat in town. We still think it's totally worth the extra money to stay here! If we ever come back to Red Bay, this is the only park we will stay. read more

They have more deluxe sites with fire rings too. You can get a space right across their fenced in dog park. You can get a space facing your lovely pond. To top this all off they have a great on-site restaurant. Get your ribs early on Friday they run out they're so good! This was our first time camping here and first time being serviced at Tiffin. So glad we were able to stay here because it's the nicest camping/waiting area in Red Bay. We did not know what to expect and how long we would be needing to stay. The very nice lady at registration seemed to understand the process and booked us for a week and only charged us for the days we had to camp. I thought that was mighty accommodating! Their camp ground is shaped like a horseshoe and had concrete slabs. We camped across their restaurant and dog park. The spaces are all back in spots. Take note, make sure you have someone helping you back in. It's really easy to run over the small aluminum trash cans and pole at the sites. We watched, in horror, new rigs back in and hit several poles. We use portable radios that make things easier. The grounds are well kept, the store has parts and cute "stuff" for the ladies. They sell goodies like jams and sauces. Don't miss shopping at the store. They have a nice restaurant but they were closed until September 1st due to construction. I heard many good reviews about the food. They collect trash at 8am daily and mow the grass a few times a week. We would definitely stay here again. read more

This is our second stay here, the first was right after they opened last fall, our second 7 months later. We like many others come through Red Bay for repairs and upgrades on our Tiffin Motorhome. When we first looked at the campground options in Red Bay we were a little disappointed. Most are gravel lots with some hookups meant for short stays while waiting for repairs. Nothing to write home about and did I mention the dog hates walking on gravel. LOL. We were left wondering why the mecca of Tiffin motorhome owners did not have a decent campground. I mean seriously people spending $200k-$600k plus on a motorhome like Roughing it Smoothly, right? Then we found RBA, hardly even on the maps yet, and booked a stay. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The Office/Camp Store is large and has a variety of things to browse from Nick-nacks to Sewer hoses. The roads are paved and the sites are cement pads with 50/30 AMP Full hook-ups. Easy to get in and out of for those hurried trips to Tiffin Service to get in you Bay on time. All sites face the lake, which is a nice centerpiece to this campground and is colorfully lite at night. Fido will like it as there are plenty of grassy areas and a fenced-in dog run with room to run and picnic tables for us humans. The restaurant was not open the first time we were here, but open the second time with restrictions due to Covid. We picked up breakfast a few times and Dinner once. All were great! The staff even offered to deliver some of the meals to our sites during less busy times. Otherwise, the restaurants in the area are limited unless you drive out a bit. We did enjoy some fantastic Pizza and Mexican in the Belmont, MS area just a 15-20 min drive up the road. Needless to say, Entertainment is a little lacking in Red Bay, so why not enjoy your stay while you are here. One more note, cell coverage in Red Bay is lacking in General, voice calls tend to work but data is very spotty and slow when it is available. Check with the campground to see if this has changed. Otherwise, they do offer WiFi at the campground which we used to supplement our cellular options for work purposes. read more

This RV park is the newest and best in Red Bay AL. The grounds are well maintained my Mr. Chris who takes great pride in preparing the park for your arrival! Well done sir. The office staff are delightful and very helpful at every need you might have. Need to have a package delivered? No worries. When it arrives the staff will call you to let you know it is here for pickup. The restaurant is very good as well. Current hours are 7-2 daily for breakfast and lunch. Dinner Thursday, Friday and Saturday 4-8. Staff there is supper friendly as well. Ordered a pizza for diner and they actually delivered it to our site! Park is very quiet and the guests when we were there so nice and helpful. Pickle ball court was well organized each day. Fishing in the large pond for registered guest. There is a horseshoe pit as well. Blistering hot when we were there and not much shade except for inside the large dog run area which was appreciated. Definitely we will be back. read more

Need a "local" with experience and knowledge of "local" food preferences! Don't ask for a biscuit, don't have them! Don't have the spaghetti and tasteless meatballs either! A diamond in the rough. Roughing it smoothly that is. Our stay here was exceptional! The grounds are meticulously maintained by the most friendly young man. Judy and the office staff worked tirelessly to extend our stay over and over as our service work was slower than expected. The best food in Red Bay is out your front door.
