We've been there a few times. The same rides at least 5 or 6 of them were broken / not functional. That is something that needs improvement and perhaps renovation. It's a good place for kids between 3 - 7 years old to burn off their energy. I wish there was an indoor amusement park like this closer up town in like Richmond Hill or Vaughan. I would still consider coming back again just so my kids can enjoy it again.

The rides are more tamer and can be enjoyed more widely for the family. Personally, I prefer my rides to have a bit more thrill and fear factor but I had a great time because there was hardly any wait. They also have a waterpark though we didn't check it out. Best thrill ride would be the Jackrabbit and the Whirlwind. Regular entrance is about $40 usd. However, we were lucky to attend during a special school day where lots of kids and schools were attending that day and performed and rates were like about $10 or so cheaper than what it normally is. Even despite a busier weekday, most rides don't have a wait. At most the wait was 15mins around so that's a definite plus. There's also no queue to get into the park when we came after breakfast. As an adult you can zoom through here in a half a day or even make it a full day out of it and enjoy the waterpark as well. Food wise, options are limited for healthy food and pretty basic, nothing really outstanding. Typical theme park food like fried chicken, burgers, pizza and fries and there is also funnel cake fries and fried dough too.

Well basically I'm a huge Toronto nerd and love to go check out all the cool quirky things the city has to offer- one of them being the wacky houses! This one is located in Leslieville just east of Pape on Queen. Once you turn onto Bertmount just keep walking, you obviously can't miss it! It's really cool! Maybe a little freaky to some but I definitely appreciate the efforts put into it! Because it's October they also had some Halloween decorations in there! Definitely a cool place to check out..yes it might be weird to some but hey everybody is entitled to express themselves in any way they like. I enjoy the Skywalk... helps you get back to point A when walking to the other end. Also a great sight of the Ex grounds. If you enjoy all sorts of rides... get the day pass. Well worth it. Usually before the EX opens, you can find deals online for a package; entrance and rides. The games are the same... have not seen anything new. I wish the prizes were better. Other than that... it is a great day out.

We enjoyed exploring the variety of rides, though because our visit was at the end of the season, not all rides were available. Regardless, we had a great time. The Viper and the Predator were favorites from our visit. Lines were barely forming when we first arrived and kept moving nicely throughout the day. The kids area is very cute with a nice variety of rides. The staff we interacted with were all pleasant and helpful. The park has a good-sized parking lot with some EV charging stations available.

It's always been a charming, manageable park with reasonable wait times. You can easily hit both the amusement park and the waterpark in one day, which is a huge win. Compared to Canada's Wonderland, which I also grew up going to, we definitely prefer Darien Lake now. Wonderland's crowds are out of control, and it's just not worth the hassle anymore. At Darien Lake, you actually get your money's worth. The coaster lineup is solid for a smaller park, with highlights being: Ride of Steel Tantrum Viper The Predator Plus lots of other fun rides scattered throughout the park. As for the waterpark, it was just okay this time. The Lazy River is fairly basic, and two of the more popular slides were running slowly, causing bottlenecks. Not sure why, but the water was freezing cold, especially on slides like Tornado, still a great ride, but would've been more enjoyable with slightly warmer water. Yes, the park is a bit dated in areas and could use some TLC, but despite that, Darien Lake continues to be a lovable and worthwhile spot. Whether you're going for nostalgia or just want a fun, full day without the chaos of bigger parks, this place still hits.
