The salesman with long hair became visibly anxious as soon as we entered the store and immediately started blaming my kids for an already-opened plastic bag. The attitude was completely unnecessary and uncomfortable. My kids were also blamed for touching the squishies, which are literally products being sold to children. There are much better ways to speak to customers and children. We definitely won't be coming back.

The facility is decent with a fairly big common area and a bar area that serves alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The washrooms have been upgraded so it looks a lot nicer than before. For group events you can bring your own food to cater. If you obey by the facility rules especially ones that affects the ice then it is a decent place to curl and staff is friendly. If there are any chance that you might damage the ice thry will be out to give you a talkng. Parking spaces is limited which is a down side for big group events but there are some street parking outside.

Apparently they also offer a consignment service where you can sell your products through them? Not too sure the details but there are shelves full of seemingly random stuff so if you're looking for an escrow to help sell valuables this could be an option..... You can come in and play games all day for a flat price of $7 (up from $5 six years ago, which is impressive). Have to bring in your own drinks though as there's no cafe although I guess fantuan does exist. Maybe there's a fridge of canned drinks I wasn't paying attention. There is also an annual membership that you can buy that includes various perks including a discount rate of $5 to sit and play Owner is friendly and knowledgeable and can teach various games, so if you're looking to learn something new or bring in a group for a board game event, this place is a fantastic option.

The owner of Manta is one of those. He oozed with trading card knowledge and knew things from different releases off by heart. He knew his inventory like the back of his hand so that if we mentioned a card, he had an idea if they had it or not and found it for us. Thanks for helping us to find multiple fat Pikachus for our collection. Outside of Pokémon, Manta has a variety of TCG and collector items. I saw One Piece, Disney, YuGiOh, etc. There's also a sitting area which looks like a place where tournaments are held. You also know a shop is great when you have other shops recommending them, which is how we found Manta in the first place. They came highly recommended from another hobby hot spot of ours (Three Kingdoms).

This place is basically a place where it's a building filled with claw machine games. It opened up a few months ago and it's already so popular! So many people won a bunch of stuffed animals from the games here, so it's not too difficult to win from these claw machines. If you do win a lot, then you can grab one of their mini "shopping carts" to put your prizes in (don't worry, the shopping carts are free to use). I'd recommend this place! It's so much fun and these claw machine games were actually easy to win a bunch of stuffed animals! They even have mini "shopping carts" for people to use and put all their stuffed animals in since it's easier to win here than compared to other claw machines places I've been to. A lot of people ended up grabbing a cart for their prizes too.
