Spoke to Brad, who was very knowledgeable about the brand and assured me I was getting a good deal on it, and then invited me down to talk to him if I had any questions or if I wanted to check out a new one. After I bought it, I brought it to Echo to have it checked out and serviced. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the service department got me in and out in no time and the level of service was excellent. Have been back for all my service requirements and the level never faltered. Sad to see the owners are retiring and the store is changing. Will still be back for service.

I have had my Harley in for inspection & maintenance, & also street tires installed, and the mechanics are pros! I used to be a mechanic & worked on all my own stuff. But, health trouble has made that tuff to do. After trying a few other shops, I was glad to find Sherwood Motorcycle! I'm totally confident in letting the folks at Sherwood Motorcycle do the wrench pulling for me!! And the lady at the parts counter & her staff are knowledgeable, friendly & fun to talk to! They have an amazing inventory, especially for off road machines, but also some street bike stuff, helmets, gloves etc, and I'm sure there's more parts and accessories, you just may have to ask! I am not an employee, or relative & did not know the folks until I came to the shop/store. I have been a customer since the Summer of 2015.
