I needed my other half truck picked up within 36 hours it was a beaten up 1995 ford truck. I called them right up the first gentleman I had talked too was very nice and polite. I was nervous to call them never done this before so I had high anxiety. Told me he will pick it up today. Great!!! Good way to end the convo. So I had called them up after wards telling them that I told them the wrong make and model. ( I am not a car person at all) Thinking it was something else instead of what I had told them at first. So I called them and said hi, this is so and so. He was like "Yeah". So I explained the situation to him and he wasn't understanding what I was saying, that I made a mistake. At this point he was very rude and I was getting mad and even more anxious....... So the customer service is a medium. They do pick up the cars very fast and efficient gives you how much they are going to pay you and then boom your done. The driver that had picked it up was absolutely amazing!! He had called me to make sure everything is all set for him to pick up!!!!

Every time we called the answer was the same "we're right around the corner, we'll be there in 15 minutes", only for them not to show up. When they finally did, they loaded the car incorrectly, forgetting to take the brake off, so when they started to drive away the tires of the car left a huge streak mark all the way down our driveway. I called and they said "oops, sorry I'll tell the driver to be more careful next time" I would never recommend this business to anyone.
