Recipes (whose full name is Recipes by Cafe Metro, BTW), offers the flavors and comfort of Filipino homecooked meals at reasonable prices. I've eaten at both their Greenbelt and Robinson's Place branches, which are almost always packed, especially during lunch and dinner time.
A visit to Recipes would never be complete without a serving of their General's Chicken, Crispy Tilapia, and Gising-Gising. For the diet-watchers out there, this might not be the place for you as you're guaranteed to order rice here. There's only one way to enjoy Recipes' delicious offerings, and that is, with the good old Filipino staple food.
A meal here can cost you only Php 200, or maybe even less. Servings are good for two, so best to tag along a companion. Order at least two different viands to share so you can sample more of Recipes' familiar fare. read more
