I've been a patient for years and I used to have nothing but good to say about Rebound. Sometime around 2015-2016 I began to notice what seemed to be changes in philosophy. Instead of patient-centered they became more focused on the bottom line. Direct care by the Physical Therapist became minimal, with much more concentration on aide-supervised time. The business office used to be responsive and caring. However, over the past couple of years, phone calls to their billing office (mostly someone named Janet) have been very unsatisfying, with rudeness the norm. This past year, don't even get me started! I frequently need to request to be transferred to her supervisor, and I will say that she is much more helpful. Overall, after many years, I have switched to a new, smaller, more intimate and personal therapy office and have found a much more attentive home for my physical therapy needs. read more
