Most massage therapists can't go deep but these ladies are strong and then they walk on your back which gives the pressure I like. One thing I don't care for is that it seems that they have a routine of massage and don't really work the place I want them to so I have to remind them of my problem area so they give it more attention. When you make an appointment with them, they will text you reserved stalls that you can park in as sometimes the visitor stalls are taken up which is nice that you don't have to worry about it. Overall this place is clean and the people are friendly and it's a fair price which is why I have come here multiple times.

Maria was prompt in responding and was able to get us a next day appointment. Intake was quick and the massage was well enjoyed. My daughter felt relief immediately after her massage. Prices are fair and you truly get what you pay for. I appreciate Maria and her knowledge. I'll be bringing my daughter here consistently for massages. Mahalo, Maria.

After trying several different places, I finally found a massage studio that I like -- Island…read moreTherapy. It's not "spa-like," so if that's what you're looking for, this isn't the place. However, if you want a solid massage in a studio that's convenient and clean, I think you'll like Island Therapy. I've been seeing Mai for about a year. She's a very skilled massage therapist -- don't let her small frame fool you, she's strong and really knows how to work out knots. She's also an intuitive therapist; she always seems to know exactly where I'm hurting. I should mention that Mai's massages lean therapeutic rather than relaxing, so if you're looking for something more soothing, let her know beforehand. I have an old injury, and her massages have made a real difference -- I used to have a constant, dull ache, but since seeing her once a month, I haven't had any issues. Booking is done through text, and I usually hear back within 20-30 minutes -- very convenient. I also think her prices are very reasonable, especially given her level of skill. I once saw a massage therapist who charged $350 for a two-hour massage -- great massage, but not sustainable long-term. Island Therapy's prices are reasonable enough that I can keep up with monthly massages. As for the space, the office is in a nondescript building, After you book your massage they'll send you instructions on entering the secured building. Parking is free and convenient.

Lymphatic massage in Honolulu, Hawaii…read more.. My friend told me that she went to Hawaii Natural Therapy for a therapeutic massage and encouraged me to go... Okay! I attempted to book an appointment online, but I'm not that techie and I didn't know which therapist would be the best at this type of massage. When I called, Matthew was very patient and helpful. He helped me though the screening process and held my appointment with a credit card number. I received a confirmation by email and text and a reminder on the day of the appointment. The free parking on the Halekauwila Street side of the building was very much appreciated. I found the stairs up to the second floor and entered the comfy, clean environment. Matthew was very welcoming and introduced me to Akiko. She was efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. My session was relaxing and helped my circulation. Supposedly, my immune system was boosted and the toxins will be drained. Thanks for the refreshments after the session! Looking forward to returning!

I've been to therapists in LA, NY, Thailand, Seoul, and Japan, but I always left feeling like they were just scratching the surface. Hawaii Natural Therapy recommended Ashley S. to me to address these issues and she is hands down the best I've ever worked with. She is a total professional with a "quiet strength" that I really appreciated and made me feel completely comfortable & at ease, which let me actually relax despite the good pain! What blew me away was her intuition. I feel like she instinctively knew exactly where to go and didn't just chase the symptoms or the transferred pain; but rather went straight for the root of the issue. She has the kind of strength that is rare to find, and uses it with so much control and technique. I did a 90-minute session with cupping, and a week later, my entire body feels significantly lighter. That decade-old knot is practically on its way out the door. I'll be seeing her regularly from now on every time I'm back home, and I'm already recommending her to everyone I know. If you need someone who truly understands the body and has the strength to back it up, go see Ashley. I cannot recommend her enough! 12/10 P.S. A huge shoutout to the front desk receptionist for being so quick and helpful with my initial inquiry. You guys nailed the recommendation--thank you for introducing me to Ashley!

This is not a fancy spa with a big lobby or front desk, but a quiet, simple studio where the focus is 100% on the quality of the massage and the care you receive. The moment I walked in, I could tell this was a place where the therapist really takes pride in her work and gives each client her full attention. There's no front desk or big staff checking you in, which actually makes the experience feel more personal and relaxed. She greeted me herself, confirmed what I was looking for, and took a few minutes to talk about my problem areas, pressure preferences, and any past injuries, which made me feel like I was in good hands right away. The room is simple and clean, without loud music or a lot of extras, which I ended up really appreciating. Because there's no background music or heated table, it felt peaceful and almost meditative -- I could really tune into my breathing and my body letting go of tension, and she made sure I was comfortable with towels, blankets, and the room temperature. The massage itself was outstanding: she found every knot and tight spot, adjusted the pressure perfectly, and the whole session felt smooth, focused, and tailored to what my body needed rather than some standard routine. If you're looking for a big spa with lots of frills, this might not be your spot, but if you care about an excellent, truly effective massage from someone who clearly knows what she's doing, Le Siri Health and Massage is perfect. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family -- five stars, without hesitation.

There is also a Waikiki location at the ilikai where I tried their facials. The parking is validated which is great for Waikiki. It is however a little more expensive than the kahala location but they do occasionally have more specials at the Waikiki location...although I haven't seen it for a while.

People forget that unless they have a policy for this, we're not obligated to give cash. Anyway, massage way too rough, I get a massage once a month and I've been doing it for years, so I know when someone just doesn't know how to do it. The moment comes to pay, my masseuse wasn't happy when I said I was paying on card, but I told her I had the tip in cash. I gave her $20 and asked for change. I've been in the restaurant industry for 11 years. Let's not forget tips ARE NOT MANDATORY, and a should be what the customer believes fair. She looked hosted and started complaining IN MY FACE about the tip, then out of nowhere she pretends to not have cash to give me back. So you're telling me that a place that's adamant on getting their payments in cash, doesn't have cash to give back? I started getting frustrated because she was being rude and ungrateful, I told her to keep it. If you are so desperate for it, be my guest, keep it. She comes out and says "I don't have cash but I have an orange". Excuse me??? What if I had given her an orange instead of money??doing this strategy in order to keep the amount of tip that they want is petty, embarrassing and unprofessional. Please stop supporting businesses that complain to the customer about the tips they're getting.
