People buy things with their eyes and not with forethought of what it could be. Keri came in the first day and, although it costs money, went through an exhaustive list of things that would ding you on getting more money. MAN it was a lot of work. I'm sure you could contract her to work on these things as well, but here I was trying to save money. (I wish I'd just paid her to take care of this list for me.) But I paid for the consultation - TOTALLY WORTH IT. I then spent a couple of weeks working on that list, again I bet she'd have done it WAY better and would have saved me hours upon hours - and I still didn't get it all done. Then the staging...wow! When I say I had doubts I was even asking her "Uhhh...but what if the staging isn't to the potential buyers' tastes?", which basically meant "what if you don't do a good job" but in a nice way.
