I also looked at reviews and their reviews were the best. I called for pricing and while they were not the cheapest - I think they were competitive given the fact their staging looked upscale compared to others. I mean it's pointless to spend money on staging unless it looks lovely and shows your home to the best advantage is what I thought. Pratt & Shelley did a great job of staging my house and trying to stay within my budget. Not only was it a lovely job that showed the house to the best advantage, but they communicated clearly and well throughout the process. I had concerns because there were a few pieces of furniture that I left that they used in order to keep costs lower, but when the day came to pick up the furniture, there were no issues at all.
