I entered the store and saw it was having a pop up store event with three vendors. The free champagne bar popped with color in the store and the balloons were a lovely touch. Champagne and flavored sparkling water were provided by Copper Petal. I saw a lot of pretty things but I didn't buy anything except for a creamsicle macaroon. I couldn't resist the bright colors of the macaroons, and I haven't eaten all day. I saw the prettiest cross stitched framed items by Emily Reedstrom. My favorite was "Babes Supporting Babes" and "Read More Books". I felt grateful and lucky to have this festive and colorful event as my first experience in Copper Petal. It was a very joyful and bright mini adventure in one of Clarksville's cutest ladies' boutiques.

Hit or miss with the quality and sizing here. The return policy is a huge inconvenience because…read moreit's easier to return something from a China right now as the store does not issue refunds just exchanges. If you're traveling through town, it's basically impossible to get your money back. I've been trying to find another piece to replace one item I bought that needed ho being way too short. I'm not one to wear things that show half of my butt. For the price point, I expected better quality items. I really like this store and would like to support local but I will not be coming back. The last dress I bought was so cute and transparent. I don't expect that from a dress that costs $80. They said use shape wear and it'll work but it made me look like I have rolls. When I tried to return this, the receipt was somehow lost so they would not take the dress back. Within 7 days, they were evidently unable to pull the purchase from my account. I keep running into issues with the sizing and selection of clothes so haven't been able to find anything that worked to return on previous purchase. The other top I bought for $60 has shrunk after one wash and no longer fits. So many items are way too cropped or transparent. I think the quality here has gone way down. I also purchased a denim skirt with shorts under thinking the shorts would help with the length of the skirt. Because of the return policy, I don't have the option to dispute the transaction from my credit card since I've had to use store credit.
