I don't know much about vehicles but the sound it made to me sounds like it could be an exhaust issue. He said if you can be back Thursday or Friday morning we can have it done that day. So I dropped it off Thursday morning after work and they called me by 12:30 to say it was done. I thought it was going to be between $200 to $300 and it was under $100!! I am very blessed. They were fast, confident, and very reasonably priced. I made my choice to go to Fas-lube by the reviews so I wanted to make sure that I added to all the other good reviews because they deserve it!!

There was a lot of damage to the front end and they only fixed a portion of it. Claiming the rest wasn't in the claim instead of submitting it to insurance. When I picked my truck up they had put the bumper on wrong, not replaced fender liners, headlight, or fog lights. All were damaged in the accident and bumper was covered in original claim. I had to have an adjuster come back out and list everything except bumper cause that was on Miller's per the adjuster. Now we are in summer of 2025 and Millers has just now allowed me to bring truck in to get fixed A YEAR AND A HALF LATER. They claimed they were waiting to get paid by insurance/ dealership and that they had been paid. I asked that they have all the parts in shop before I dropped the truck off because they held it for several weeks (months) the first time. I can't go without the truck so they agreed I'd be in and out in one day. I called two hours before pick up to make sure I was good before an hour drive. I was then informed that they were not going to fix the bumper. Management called me to tell me I would have to FILE ANOTHER CLAIM. Told me that I had got the truck in a different accident and claimed that my over sized tires were rubbing fender liner which is all FALSE. As soon as I complained about the bumper I was told I could no longer pick truck up same day and that I would have to wait until insurance sends a second check to pick my truck up. A CHECK WE'VE BEEN WAITING ON FOR OVER A YEAR???? (After being told they had been paid and to come drop truck off and pick up same day.) I just spent $1300 out of my pocket that should be covered by insurance or they were going to hold truck hostage indefinitely. Avoid these chumps at all cost. There are plenty of people that are willing to do good business.

Ace did not replace the correct solenoid simply because it was more difficult to get to which was the whole reason that I couldn't do it myself. They didn't use the replacement gasket that I provided, they changed the wrong part, and they didn't clear the code. Ace automotive is a very unprofessional shop incapable of doing honest business at a fair price. I do not recommend.
