From the very beginning when my wife, Addie and I made our decision to move to Oregon to be close to our family, Tammy has been the best agent I could of ever asked for. She is not only attentive to our questions, but but set up a website for active lisings in the 3 cities we chose and always made contact to what we liked or disliked for almost 6 months. Tammy's communication skills are the best of any agent I have Coached. When we flew to Portland, rented our car and drove to Corvallis, Tammy had 6 homes picked out for us to view. We chose our forever home in Albany and the neighbors as well as the neighborhood are both fantastic. Anyone searching for a Professional Agent that listens to your needs and works with both Buyers and Sellers should call Town & Country today and ask for Tammy Morrison. I assure you, there are none better than her. Regards, Chuck & Addie Miller

It was a touch market in 2007, and she helped us make just the right offer to win and get the house of our dreams. I was in Boston and unable to travel, so I never even saw the house before owning it. It was perfect. When I got divorced, we needed to sell that house, and, again, she was phenomenal. This was a wild market in 2021, and she helped us prep the house for sale, evaluate offers and sell the house for nearly $70,000 above list. It went in five days. Finally, after living in an apartment for 18 months, I decided I was ready to start looking again. Within a week, Dava helped me find exactly the house I was looking for in Southtown and was a phenomenal negotiator. I got the house for $10k under list and also got $1,000 from the seller towards closing costs to pay for a repair even though the seller had said he wouldn't make any repairs. She sent me boxes to help with the move and had the house professionally cleaned before moving in. I would recommend no one else to my friends in Corvallis who want to buy or sell a home.
