I've worked with Dava three times in the last 15 years. When we moved to Corvallis, she was our buyer's agent, and she helped us find the perfect house, in a neighborhood we wanted, just a 10 minute walk from our daughter's elementary school. We are from Singapore and moved to Corvallis about a month ago. Months before our move to Corvallis, we kept a close watch on some common property websites. We fell in love with few houses that we saw from those websites and so we emailed few Brokers for their honest feedback on those houses (cause we could not view the house at all). I can tell you that among few brokers that we emailed, Dava was the most knowledgeable one about the specific area in Corvallis that we wanted. We talked with Dava over the phone and arranged for a FaceTime for her to do a video tour of one particular house that we liked the most. However, the internet connection went wrong on the day of the FaceTime. It was a blessing in disguise cause Dava eventually took a lot of videos of every single rooms, yard and neighborhood etc of that house. We are out-of-state buyers living in the midwest and therefore needed an agent who could provide real-time assistance at a distance. This included narrated video tours of prospective properties using live streaming apps and/or uploaded youtube videos provided by Dava and her assistant. We also needed someone who was familiar with the process of purchasing property at a distance - including negotiating with the seller and signing documents online. Dava and her team did an outstanding job helping us look at various properties using online narrated tours. We ultimately found a home that was listed as an FSBO property and Dava's ability to work with the seller and do the heavy lifting was the difference that led to a successful closing. Dava is a down-to-earth professional who goes above and beyond in order to find a property that is a good fit given the needs of a buyer. But her skills as facilitator and her ability to stay focused on the details is what really stands out - especially once an offer to purchase has been made and accepted.
