Our family gets hit pretty hard each fall with seasonal gloom, and we finally thought we'd try to address it by updating our lighting, so I called Kristine. I have been looking for a light for my entryway for two years. Tried online, Home Depot, etc. with no luck. All pretty soulless offerings. I wandered in here on a lark and was treated to a light and customer service paradise. Everyone was so pleasant, listened to my woeful tales of searching, then offered me multiple ideas. They had the two I liked the most in stock, and let me take one home to check it out. Even wired up a 3-prong plug and gave me bulbs to borrow! We wanted lighting and we were not too sure what it was we wanted. All we knew was the neo-industrial feel to our office was getting old. Kristine and her staff helped us with several ideas. We loved them all and were able to work out a great plan. She was able to work with our timeline, even after we accelerated it by a few weeks.
