It gave us a confident feeling on knowing we had an agent with a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and provided direction on how best to sell our home. Sarah's professional manner, which she assisted us in selling and buying a home, proved to be successful. When it came to questions, if she didn't know the answer immediately, she would be on the phone to find an answer. When there were times of having doubt about going through with the sale or buying a new home, Sarah expressed confidence by saying "we can get through this." If we ever have the need in the future, we certainly would look to Sarah to take care us. We certainly will recommend Sarah to anyone who has a need for an agent.

From the very beginning when my wife, Addie and I made our decision to move to Oregon to be close to our family, Tammy has been the best agent I could of ever asked for. She is not only attentive to our questions, but but set up a website for active lisings in the 3 cities we chose and always made contact to what we liked or disliked for almost 6 months. Tammy's communication skills are the best of any agent I have Coached. When we flew to Portland, rented our car and drove to Corvallis, Tammy had 6 homes picked out for us to view. We chose our forever home in Albany and the neighbors as well as the neighborhood are both fantastic. Anyone searching for a Professional Agent that listens to your needs and works with both Buyers and Sellers should call Town & Country today and ask for Tammy Morrison. I assure you, there are none better than her. Regards, Chuck & Addie Miller

Choosing Northwest Investment Management Services to manage my home as a rental is perhaps the…read moreworst decision I've ever made. I loved my home, and didn't want to sell after I got married. I thus decided to keep it as a rental. My first renter was wonderful. My second renter was letting the yard go. I thought a rental management company would help me ensure the house was kept in good condition. When I interviewed Rex, and told him how much the house meant to me, and how I was concerned that the yard was looking bad, I remember him telling me that he would make sure that I was proud of the house. In the 5-ish years that he managed the house, he did one walk through, and two inspections. The inspections were after neighbor complaints. Each time, I asked him how the house was, and he told me that everything looked fine. When the tenant finally moved out, we found: carpet soaked in urine, garage concrete soaked in urine, baseboard and molding chewed up, blinds chewed up, windows scratched, window screens ripped, about 1/4 inch of dog fur and dust on every surface, a shed stuffed with trash, mattresses and tires in the back yard, broken appliances, and more. In what universe would this be considered 'fine'?
