There were names of people who no longer live in the house. So I'm not even sure if the lease I signed was official. I had to write my name on the rental agreement. I never got a copy of that agreement. During the duration of my stay not once was there a house inspection. At one point a rat infestation happened. My roommate brought it up to them. Don't hesitate to reach out to them no matter where in the process of buying or selling you may be, they really are a pleasure to work with!

If you really want to sell your house--Hire Sue Long!…read more We listed our home with really a nice realtor for three months and had one couple look at it. We waited another three months and tried again. This time we called Sue. Sue walked through our house and in a nice way made us realize we were NOT selling our creative decorations, our wonderful artifacts, our exquisite paint job, our personal style. Sue hired a stager to take over. Sue gave us a painter to replace the vibrant purple and yellow of our dining room with a subtle and neutral light gray. He also repainted the gaudy but beautiful bathroom my wife loved. We removed about 50 attractive canvases and photos my wife had taken. We sold, gave away, or stored 3/4 of our nice but dated furniture. We rolled up our rugs so the hardwood floors showed. We de-cluttered times two! Then Olivia came in with furniture and art and turned our formerly beautiful home which was full of character into a bland, neutral upscale hotel room. And guess what? We had hundreds of views on line, nearly 100 saves and two offers, one was $16,000 above our asking price! 10 days after it went on line we were selling our house. You love your house and you want someone to love it just the same way you do. NO! You want someone to buy your house so you can move on to your next adventure. YES! Sue is the mastermind. She is the professional who knows how to sell a house, YOUR HOUSE. Give her a call.

Lee is an experienced, knowledgeable, and eminently trustworthy agent…read more My husband and I just completed our 3rd home purchase. First was with an agent in another state, second was without an agent, and Lee helped us with this most recent purchase. Having been through the process we weren't rookies, but we also don't work in the industry and this is not our area of expertise. We started by expressing interest in a short sale with some complications. Lee proved to be knowledgeable, and excited about learning more and - my favorite part - teaching us more! He made the process a low-stress, interesting learning experience for us; and the process of learning and teaching filled him with joy! We ended up viewing a few properties, and Lee made the entire process transparent. He communicated with us frequently; when there wasn't much or any new information to pass along he'd pass along a quick message to let us know what he was doing. No matter how large or small the issue of the day, we felt we were included in the process. Up to the last moment - and I do mean the very last moment - Lee was working hard to make sure we got the best value for our money, while also remaining clearly ethical in his process. And, when the purchase was complete, he donated a portion of his fees to a local charity. He is connected to the community, knowledgeable, and ethical. I would strongly recommend Lee to my best friends.

He listened closely to what my family and I were looking for and spent time educating me about the Corvallis housing market, its history and where he thought it was going in the future. He uses technology wisely to help his clients Most impressively, he was able to identify aspects of properties that we would really enjoy as well as things that would be more difficult for our family before I was able to put the pieces together myself. I really felt like he was on our side and knew what would and wouldn't work for us. I came to trust his judgment like I've never trusted a realtor's judgment before.
