Was great, responsive company until they began using AI agents. Use of the agents made it…read moreimpossible to reach anyone on their "24 hr maintenance emergency line", so if anything happens after a certain time of night, you're screwed. I lived on an older property that had a lot of plumbing issues: the main line would get clogged constantly, making it so we couldn't use the bathroom in our own house. When this happened late at night this means we were left completely without a bathroom (and the AI advised us not to use any water) so we were completely without water. Totally unacceptable. Disgusting cheapskate move to use AI. I sympathize with them that it would be annoying to answer late night calls, but that's also just about their only job and the only thing worth rating them for on this end. We should've had a hotel or at least some sort of working toilet. I'll give them and extra star because they do send good maintenance people, even if it is not within an acceptable time frame.

From the very beginning when my wife, Addie and I made our decision to move to Oregon to be close to our family, Tammy has been the best agent I could of ever asked for. She is not only attentive to our questions, but but set up a website for active lisings in the 3 cities we chose and always made contact to what we liked or disliked for almost 6 months. Tammy's communication skills are the best of any agent I have Coached. When we flew to Portland, rented our car and drove to Corvallis, Tammy had 6 homes picked out for us to view. We chose our forever home in Albany and the neighbors as well as the neighborhood are both fantastic. Anyone searching for a Professional Agent that listens to your needs and works with both Buyers and Sellers should call Town & Country today and ask for Tammy Morrison. I assure you, there are none better than her. Regards, Chuck & Addie Miller
