They basically shrugged off.. saying something like "well you know, it's the time of the year they (the rats) come out" What the actual fk?! So no, don't bother with this PM. They're called Advantage Property Management because they gonna take advantage of YOU!

My grandfather was a general contractor, and I myself worked for a medium-sized commercial contractor for a short while so I am somewhat familiar with the challenges in organizing the work, including managing subcontractors. Jared's communication and management style is such a breath of fresh air. You just want to get behind his local business and see it continue to grow. Communicating to some of the general contractors in and outside the Corvallis-Albany-Salem area as the pandemic winds down, I now think the safer bet is to go big with Thayer Construction when the time comes.
