We needed new flooring and walls in one room, bathroom rebuilt/retiled, and a new ceiling in another room. He responded to my inquiry for a handyman to assess/repair a furnace that wasn't turning on with a name and phone number of a guy he works with (Luis) that can be made available to do the job that same day (Thx Luis!). Upon repairing the furnace we found out that there's a leak coming from the roof so I contacted Eugene again asking if he could help locate/patch up this leak. We agreed on a time/day to meet. He arrived right on time, brought his ladder, saw the leak and climbed onto the roof top. I thought Eugene was very thorough when he scanned the entire roof.
