When Bill came out he explained everything thoroughly the scheduling and supervisor Jim was very helpful about putting the dumpster out of the way (even though harder for the crew to carry debri) so we could still put our vehicles in the garage. The crew foreman and the guys where Fantastic they protected my wifes pond from any of the falling shingles. Clean up was excellent they even raked our yard! they went out of thier way and worked very hard. we are very pleased the way the roof looks. Bill even put samples of the colors on the roof so we could decide. I recently contacted Reasonable Roofing about replacing the shingles on the front of the roof of my house. Needless to say, they far exceeded my expectations of quality of service. Jason contacted me promptly with an estimate, which was very competitive. We scheduled the work time, the crew appeared ON TIME and completed the project by the agreed deadline. This company is wonderful. I called to get a free estimate and scheduled an appointment for the next day. One of their sales consultants came out, and gave me my estimate. I was shocked by their price, so we proceeded. After all was said and done, my roof looked amazing! A few months later, I had a small leak. I called the company and within 2 days their repair man came out and fixed the leak for me with no problems at all. This company knows how to make sure their customers are well taken care.
