i went on wednesday night with a group that included 2 kiddos (age 4 and 10). it was everyone's…read morefirst time and we didn't have any expectations, but it turned out to be really fun. the golf course is halloween themed with scary props, zombies and ghosts that jump out, spook or sing. luckily, these kiddos weren't scared. the lil one was distracted but we were all able to play. there are 16 holes total and you can score points online by scanning a QR code. everyone got a club appropriate for their size and got to choose a colored ball. the course starts off simple and then gets more clever and challenging. there's also some arcade games and an air hockey table out front. the arcade games are mostly racing or shooting games. the plus is that it's free/included with admission (except for the pinball machine and claw machine games. however, some games were old or broken. a bonus plus is that they allowed ins and outs as long as we had a receipt. we played for an hour and paused midway to step out and grab food. we came back an hour later and were able to continue golfing. overall, a fun wholesome night. the golf course is dimly lit and can get chilly. kids under a certain age are free. admission is priced separately for adults and kids. plenty of parking.

They are about the scares! They have three "haunted" options that clearly have been thought out and are presented with flair . And the staff are incredible helpful and friendly (even the zombies ... like what happened to the hubby when his zombie blaster stopped working ... the zombie helped him fixed it so the hubby could blast him lol) and when one of our company pointed out that he had to drive back to SF and so couldn't wait in line for one of the events (and he said that in passing to us mind you, not to the staff), the staff overheard us and bumped us ahead in line !! First thing I want to say, they actually offer very good military discounts with valid ID. We were both so happy about this offering!! There were a few hiccups with tickets. They basically emailed the tickets. Sometimes they wouldn't scan at each haunt, so that was annoying but tolerable. Each haunt had it's own unique theme. We especially enjoyed the Pizza Crawlers -- excellent job on this one!!!! My only feedback would be... Maybe a DJ for music throughout the park... More food vendors More fog machines to dim the surface viewing area, but make it scary... MORE actors!! Just more more more. They really put their all into their scary monster characters and they even had an entire photo shoot area where you could take fun pictures with cool creepy sets. (We used the electric chair scene) Since it was their first year, there weren't a lot of people but that made it better for us because there was virtually no wait at all for the mazes. It was very easy for a very young child to walk around the whole area, no stroller needed. There were lots of animals to see, feed and pet. My only concern is that camel is in an extremely small space as is the longhorn cow. Some goats and llamas have no shade or shelter during the day. I did not see anybody being unkind to the pets, but there was not enough staff to patrol the people and keep the animals safe. Some of the animals backed away when I tried to pet them, even though I was being gentle. I hope they have alternative space and shelter to the ones I saw.
