Our broker, John Ford, renewed our appreciation of his knowledge and experience as he carefully listened and took time to understand our values and interests in order to represent us with integrity. Although we reside four hours away from the property, he stayed completely engaged with us from our first day of listing the home through the close of escrow. With excellent communication skills, he explained each step in the sales cycle, and offered viable alternative actions. At every decision point, he used our time and his efficiently. In the end, he skillfully navigated changing market conditions to complete a sale that was a win for us, as well as the buyer. We admire the way in which John Ford worked with the buyer's agents to maintain a dynamic and respectful sales environment. We also salute his crew of professionals, such as Gina Anders, who worked cohesively and promptly to complete the myriad of tasks required for the sale of our property. I rented from this property management company and the customer service was terrible from the…read morebeginning to end. They never returned messages. I had to have my own property management company contact them. The rental property had problems and when notifying maintenance to repair it took a long time. Air conditioner broke. Didn't have adequate fire alarms. Lights that flickered. Stove, and others. I would not rent from this company. To save you from worry and a bad experience, don't go through . I wouldn't even give them 1 star.
