I was asked to pay an $80 late fee for a septic tank inspection bill that they didn't give me until the late fee was assessed. That wasn't the worst part. When I wrote Chris an email expressing my dissatisfaction, he quickly wrote back, without researching any of my claims, and said that what I said was unacceptable! Unacceptable for a client to express dissatisfaction? I asked him to call me. He denied everything and complained that his clients are demanding and needy. Then, I became upset at being called needy. He then hung up on me. Whenever a negative review of him is posted in any site, he denies all of it. I fully expect the same with this review as well. Stay tuned .. Update: I called it! He denied it. That's all he's got? I called him on company time? Pathetic little man. For the record, I have POA and sold the house for my mom and dad. With the exception of the regretful hiring of Barnett, not once did he speak with my parents during the process. He dealt directly with me. 2.5 stars is overrated.

(I'm 80 and trusted when I shouldn't have!) But I was never shown the inspection report. I made an offer, it was accepted, but was squeezed for almost another $4,000 at CLOSING, which I had never heard of or experienced before. When I went to move into the mobile, the shed, which had been locked when I did a walk-thru, was totally rotted out on the bottom and VERY unsafe. The top part was full of TERMITES. That made me think that the mobile might be rotted underneath as well, since I didn't see an inspection report. In less than 3 weeks, I've spent $10,000 having the shed demolished, bought another shed, done various unexpected repairs - plumbing included, and none of that was told to me by Ilene McCoy! She is the most DISHONORABLE real estate agent I've ever known in my life. She doesn't return email or phone calls, she just moved on to the next sucker!! AVOID Realty Executives in Grants Pass and ESPECIALLY avoid Ilene McCoy! She's completely dishonest TO THE MAX!! NO ONE I've spoken to ever had to cough up $Thousands more at closing, or lose their earnest money! NOBODY!! And of the 5 mobiles I've bought and sold, it never happened to me before! This was EVIL from start to finish thru the REALTOR and the Ticor Title people! They made bank off my meager savings!! May they live to regret it! Sorry, no photos, I'm too sick to my stomach to admit I fell for such a wretched DUMP and lost what was left of my tiny IRA in trying to repair it! Not to mention TRUSTED someone who didn't deserve it! And the repairs are just beginning! Do yourself a favor and AVOID Ilene McCoy and Realty Executives, they're so wretched, they don't even belong to the Better Business Bureau! The star should be -10, rather than +1 !!

He is the nicest old man to your face, but he is not to be trusted. when I walked in and gave them the outline of my deal, Barney told me he had ten guys that would take that loan. They slow rolled me on paperwork, had me change my entire purchase contract around before even giving submitting my application, now they say they can't do it because where I own and where I am buying isn't with anything. Ludicrous! It is worth what it is worth. They told me they go off the auditors site for value, which in this case I have been renovating the home to be financed, so it would be worth more than the assessors value. Then 3days before I am supposed to close they f me. To finance a property worth 250k. They wanted that property as collateral, plus the property I own and live in now which is worth 120 per the auditor site, and at the last minute said I needed to put 100k down also. They make up the rules as they go. They wanted to charge me 17k in fees and 9.5% interest only payments. The 17k was brought up 4days before the closing. When I submitted to that they went in for more. I should have had these answers 1 month ago. I gave them all neccessary paperwork the first day I was in there. It took them two weeks just to start the process and get it in front of a lender and Barney is the one who told me in the beginning "I can't even work on it unless you are 2 weeks from closing because I work that fast" I believed it because it is private money. Just watch out with Barney and mark. They want you right up against a wall on time so you cannot make wise decisions. Loan sharks for sure. I did have a land contract on this property I am buying, but Barney had me change the contract to pay in full at closing. Now I have scared the buyer and don't know if they will go back to the land contract. BARNEY FUCKED ME!

We are moving to Oregon from California and have no contacts in Oregon. Our first contact with Danny was his response to us wanting an agent to show us homes. We had already purchased our airline tickets and Danny cleared his schedule for us. We sent him a list of 15 or so homes that we were interested in and was hoping to see in the next couple of days. Danny assisted us in narrowing down our list and showed us the homes that were in the area we were interested in. Danny took all of our input and came up with other homes that he felt would best meet our needs. He was right! The home that we purchased was one that Danny had suggested. Throughout the entire process Danny made himself available to assist us with all aspects of purchasing a home and getting it move-in ready. Danny and his team worked diligently at finding local professionals that would give us very competitive quotes for the work that needed to be done. Professionals to install a roof, fix water damage, a designer and a Mortgage Broker. Danny's helpfulness did not end with the sale, Danny is also helping us find movers to assist us with the move in. We are looking forward to purchasing rental property in the future and will definitely be working with Danny Kerns and his team!

From the beginning, he made grand promises--telling us exactly what we wanted to hear, swearing everything would go smoothly, and insisting we wouldn't lose money. But it was all smoke and mirrors. Tyler talks a big game to win your trust, then vanishes the moment things get difficult. He left us stranded when we needed him most, and his lack of follow-through ended up costing us a significant amount of money--money he explicitly promised we wouldn't lose. To make it worse, my husband is sick, a fact Tyler knew and exploited to get his paycheck. He told us he loved us, loved our family and would never let anything happen to us but we haven't heard a peep after the damage he's caused. We were relying on Tyler to do his job with some basic professionalism and integrity. Instead, he brought stress, confusion, and financial damage we couldn't afford. This wasn't just bad service; it was careless, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. If you're looking for a real estate agent you can actually count on, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
