Before I started this review, I went into the roster for Realty Concepts just to count the number of family names, holding a Real Estate license, who are currently employed by this broker, JP. At 220 licensed employees, I stopped counting. If you read the opening Web Site page, you will notice that Realty Concepts is a "Family Own Business". Wow, I have never seen such a large FAMILY with so many licensed Realtors in my life!! JP wants you to believe that they are all family. People, this is called deception at it's best. My wife and I contacted Realty Concepts because we were new to the area, did not know anything about country living, they had good reviews, and Cathie Jensen seemed like a very honest person. We were a little gun shy because we are both seniors, and people take advantage of seniors. (62 and 74) Looking for our retirement home, and laying out a big investment was a huge step for both of us. Our very first day with Cathie, she not only filled us with lies, but also committed fraud a get this purchase into escrow. Cathie was out of state on vacation, and never told us. Half way through the 35 day escrow, so many things were going wrong, manager Rick Tomasello took over the sale, because we refused to have Cathie represent us any further. This entire 35 day escrow, was a total disaster. We felt even Mr. Tomasello failed his responsibilities to us. Months after the close of escrow, we took our complaints to the Broker JP, hoping for some answers to our concerns about the sale. The management of Realty Concepts laughed at us during the conference meeting that JP had scheduled. After that, JP has turned his back to this issue, and has walked away. Professional?? I'm retired law enforcement for L.A., and I will continue to do my best to warn people, of the reckless and criminal people that plague society. Don't ever trust Realty Concepts of Fresno. We have lost thousands and thousands of dollars. This will go to court. read more

I cannot speak for the realty concept itself but I can tell you the agent we hired, Thomas Brown, did not do his job to protect his client. When my husband and I found a house we liked, his job was to hire the inspectors to check the house and the land for any issues. He downplayed a lot of it saying it was nothing. An example would be the leak in the bathroom, when I brought it up after reading the inspection myself, for the house, he said it was nothing and just moisture. I pushed him to get it checked out, eventually, he said he would hire a plumber to look at it but that never happened. The most issue I had was that he did not give us the inspections for the Wells on the property. When I asked for it, he said he forgot and when we finally received it after I requested it, it showed the Well was broken and does not work. It will cost thousands of dollars to get it fixed. So basically there is no running water in the house. Had he shown us ALL THE INSPECTIONS and sat down with us to explain what each issues means, we would have not bought the house. The seller himself lied on his disclosure when he ticked NO for any kind of leaks. The seller's brother was his agent whom we never met, Tyler Kropf also did not disclose any information as far as the house having any issues. We've had to hire a lawyer and when Thomas contacted our lawyer, he claims it was not his job to explain the inspections. If that was the case, why would anyone hire an agent? on top of that, realty concept also refuse to take any responsibility for his negligence in showing us the Well report. The law suit is still going on as we cannot live on the property without any water and there are leaks everywhere. read more

We happened upon the pair when we stopped in at nearby open house. They were very conscious of the health concerns and were helpful in navigating how that effects the house hunting process. Before we left this house she asked all the right questions to narrow down our search - what we were looking for, price range, and the items that were most important to us. There are ups and downs in buying a house that you can only do so much preparation for. And Lisett made it feel like less of a roller coaster. I could not have asked for better communication from her. Lisett updated us regularly, followed up faster than we ever expected for anything, immediately responded when I needed to chat and was so available to me at my every concern. Na Landseadal sold our home in 1 week. My wife and I have been working with Na on and off for 3 years. As our family needs changed Na has been showing us different home that might fit our changing need. This has permitted us to really decide on what is important to us. In mid January we decided to inter the market for real. We told her exactly what we wanted and she had a list of homes to look at the next day. After a week of looking at 3 to 4 home at a time we found exactly what we wanted. She guided us through the purchase with ease. Na then put our old home on the market and sold it in 1 week. Na and I agreed on a price that was fair and designed to generate a fast sale. Na helped us properly stage the house for the best offer. The offer we accepted was within $3,000 of asking price. Their agent Michaela Reyes just sold a home for sale in Fresno. After closing she trespassed into our home while locksmith was changing the locks. The front door was open and she went in and took plants from the previous owner. I was very dismayed that a realtor would come into our new home without permission. I think this is highly unethical and would not recommend her for your realtor. read more

Best advice; RUN!! There are tons of other real estate companies and agents to work with, I wouldn't advise someone I despise to do business with this company. Sold our first home in 2014. Realtor from Realty Concepts came recommended through home builder that we were purchasing new home with. She was a NIGHTMARE! On one occasion sent drunk texts late at night, later apologized for it; threw belongings away in the trash can, then used key to reenter home and pull them back out once asked about it; called and yelled at us on the phone on two occasions; pitched a great deal that she was completely unable to deliver aka lied to lock the listing, then within days started pushing a $20k price drop; lied when presenting the offer which cost us $10k+; cost us another few thousand when the weak buyer stalled for over a month past close date on signing papers, and she did NOTHING on our behalf! Felt like she was working more for the buyer and the builder than for us. Would only say stay away from the realtor if it wasn't for the fact that out of desperation we went to speak with the "president" of the company who basically told us, "sucks but, there's nothing you can do except for get over it and finish the deal with her." Should have just walked out and cancelled the sale and went with someone else, but you live and learn. Would highly recommend if it's not already clear, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! There are tons of amazing realtors who will work for you and represent you accordingly in a professional and pleasant way; don't settle for an incompetent realtor backed by a company who condones an employee sending a client drunken texts at 12am! read more
