My wife and I wanted to go into this week feeling prepared, so we ordered our groceries ahead of time. Unfortunately, for some reason, our pickup was delayed until the following day. Confused, I called the store, and Jason answered. He listened to my concerns and sincerely apologized for something that was completely outside of his control. He then called me back just two minutes later from his personal phone and asked me to text him my order so he could personally put everything together for me. But he didn't stop there. He even peeled and deveined our shrimp so it would be ready for us to cook tonight. When I arrived, I learned that Michaela had also helped pull everything together, and I cannot thank them both enough. Sprouts has earned a customer for life today. If there is anything I can do to help the organization understand just how valuable Jason and Michaela are, and how deserving they are of recognition, praise, and opportunities for advancement, please let me know. Thank you, Jason and Michaela, for going above and beyond and doing something you absolutely did not have to do. During a time of transition in my life, your kindness meant more to me than you could possibly know. Sometimes, the smallest gestures leave the biggest impressions. Today, you reminded me of that, and I won't forget it.
