Saw a vehicle on cars.com listed for $4799, called confirmed price and test drove it. Then after test drive I was told the price was $7200. This was to be a cash sale, I mentioned that before the test drive as well. the cars.com ad clearly started 'cash price' was $4799. I told them multiple times I did not need financing. They will push you for their own financing, at an ultra high APR. Then when you offer to pay cash they won't meet the price quoted in their own ad. I told them I needed a reliable vehicle, because I drive have to drive to work everyday. So.... less than 50,000 miles into my vehicle purchase I begin to have transmission problems on a non-repairable CVT transmission that cost $4995.00 to replace. This is after replacement of all brakes, strut assemblies, new CV axle, and all new tires. Now, I have NO job, a car payment that is behind, and a car that does 30 mph after a slow rolling start. I got suckered out a 3,300 for a down payment. Then they jacked the price from 9,999 to 14,784. Then the car broke down 3 days later. Then I'm told I have to pay for towing this car back to them to repair. Not to included the ripoff limited warrenty 50/50. I have to pay some shade tree pricks for a non functional car. Not to mention, I found out the car has electrical issues, air bag issues, check engine light, and the list goes on. I ONLY purchased the car 3 days ago. Appeared to be friendly but noticed major red flags. Tried to sell a truck with airbag light on and wheel bearings so bad that when you drive it, it makes a huge rubbing sound. Crawled under front end of truck and noticed major rust of the tie rods and the wheel hubs were in such bad shape I could shake them with my hand. During my test drive the tpms sensors were on so I stopped at the gas station and filled them to the required amount listed on the door jam of 35. Each of the tires only had 15-20 pounds in them....so after I filled them to spec, the tpms light was still on. So I took a closer look st the valve stems and noticed they were basic rubber valve stems and were not tpms valve stems. I asked how it was possible this vehicle passed inspection and was showed that it passed but as a technician of 2 decades I don't know of any reputable inspector that would pass the vehicle. It's obvious they have a inspector on the side that "fails" the cars, slaps some pads and wipers on them and passes them while completely ignoring safety issues. It's a shame too, because the vehicle was a fair price and they appeared to be nice, decent people... but I'll spend a little more for a vehicle that's mechanically safe. read more

The people working here are clueless and lies through their teeth. I called to inquire about a vehicle and made an appointment to test drive the car. I was told the vehicle was in premises and upon arrival, Mr Price (AKA DumbAss)who I spoken over the phone promised that the vehicle is there tells another gentleman to go see if the vehicle is out on the parking lot. Come again? Didn't I called you just about that? Price says "we have a sister dealership, it maybe over there" when I told him I did not see the vehicle in the lot. After a bit of phone calls and search he tells me, "The vehicle is in Inspection Center". WOW, I drove 40 miles each way to see a vehicle that wasn't even there. Specially considering calling the same day earlier and making a specific appointment. These guys are DUMB and lies through their teeth. Very Typical I Suppose. If you ever conversate with Price, you will figure it out within the first 30 seconds. If they are lieying about these little things, imagine how much lie they tell when giving you info on vehicles. Zero Stars from me - this place will try to do you wrong with pricing. They'll submit to the bank a price that is not the actual listed price. I understand they have a down payment that they include and another fee that is for reconditioning but the price is still way above that end price and on top of it you end up having to pay separately for your hard tags. I would give a zero if it would let me. I went to the location in Dundalk. I purchased a car in cash and found out the next day the car had been totaled and the title was salvaged. I had no idea. The sly salesman never once mentioned it ever. When i went back the next day they wanted nothing to do with me. I spoke with the owner who told me they would not refund my money. He told me they did tell me about the car and that i signed a paper agreeing that they told me yet i didn't have a copy of it in the papers they photocopied and they gave me. He sent me a copy of the form and my signature was on it and they must have slipped it in with all the other forms. Conveniently, the "salvaged part " was handwritten in. I give them 0 stars ! Let's go back 6 months .We went to the dundalk ave office. We went in filled out an application for financing. We were told that my husband has no credit but had a score of 5 . To come back with a couple hundred and they will be able to put us in a car . Now jump to 4 days ago . We go to their eastren ave office . When walking on the lot we were approached by several salesman. The last guy said he was in charge . I clearly stated what we were looking for and we had a car that fits that and also how much we had to put down and how much we could afford a month . He tells us check out the car and come in side. We go in and a young boy checked the computer from our previous information. He tells us it will be a few min for the finance check . He come back and forth asking if we have a few things everytime stating it will only be a few more minutes. We went out side for a few minutes and then I went back in . He said let me go check what is going on . So I followed to the office the finance man says I have 3 people ahead of you it's going to be awhile . I said that's all he had to tell is that he has had us here almost an hour saying only a few more minutes. I said I will just come back . That's when bad went to worse . While walking away I hear the boy say "That lying f***ING b*tch " . Well that made me turn around we got into a screaming match . The whole time 3 other employees are telling him to shut up. That's when the very first man that said he was in charge would take care of me . I thought I left on good terms to return the next day at 5 . So the next day I was there at 5 . He finally gets to me at 5:30 and the Internet is down . Still trying to give them the benifit I make sure he has all the info he needs and he says he will run the info as soon as they are up and running and would call me the next day .Now it's the next day . I tried calling their office for 4 hours calls would not go through . Called the other location they give me his cell number . He said they had not gotten to it but will call me in 30 minutes . 2 hours later I call back and now he has a woman also working on it she assured me that I would the first application done in the morning and they would call me . That brings us to day 4 .No call !!!! I call around 12:45 leave him a message . Call the office she is busy . Call back she tell the one that answered he phone that she will call me back the computers are down . I then call other location they tell me to come in so I do . Most of the employees from Eastern ave are now at Dundalk . I hear her tell that finance guy that she told me the amount of money I have is not enough . Umm no you didnt or we wouldn't be on day 4 . So to end this review I left with no car and was told I need almost triple what I have for a down payment . I should have known that when they didn't even give the guy that cussed at me a day off no pay that they don't care about costumers . The nice person I am tried to give them a chance but they are horrible . Alot of them do not speak clear English and this has opened my eyes to just give up the first time they act wrong . They will give you the run around if there is any repairs needed to the vehicle although you will still be under the 1000 mile or 30 day warranty and to top that off the will offer the tag and title work at substantial extra cost. I should have done this a year ago but i tried to stay positive but after repair after repair I cant stay quiet. If 0 stars was a choice I'd give them a -1! The salesmen here are the worse kind imaginable because once they make the sale they could care less about the Golden Turd they sold you. I brought a Dodge Durango from them and it has caused me nothing but grief. Ive put more money into this piece of crap than its worth. I should have known to leave when the check engine light came on the first week of course they said bring it in and well repair it and when i saw multiple customers coming in with complaints. Then a week goes by again and the light is back on this time they were a bit shady saying bring it in quick so they sale could be finalized so i did. After the deal is finalized literally the day after the damn engine light comes on again! SO now I've had this car for a year now and to date I have put in a new Fuel pump, new break line, new battery, got the transmission repaired, had multiple patch job leaks fixed and a new starter just for it to break down again today. My husband and I were looking at a truck for sale at this dealership, we found one that we seemed to really like from the online pictures and description so we called Reality auto and spoke to one of the salesmen, he was very difficult to understand and didn't seem to be very professional or knowledgeable (we just assumed he was new). We called to get more info on this truck since we currently live in NC and the dealership is in MD, we just wanted a better description as far as the engine, how it runs, making sure there was no rust, questions about warranty etc. We were assured that the truck was in excellent condition and planned to leave NC and drive to MD to make a deal and purchase this vehicle, the salesman said to meet him at the dealership at noon and gave us his direct line if we needed to contact him with anything else. We decided to leave that evening to make sure we were there on time. I called the number we were given, out of common courtesy to let him know that we were on our way and he replies with "Oh, something happened last night" ...umm, okay? (How professional) he then goes on to tell me that they sold the truck. At this point we were extremely pissed. We just drove SEVEN HOURS to be there at 12 to purchase a vehicle just to get here and be told it's gone. I get off the phone with him, what else can I do? So my husband calls back and speaks to the GM he goes on to tell us the truck was sold after the salesman we were working with left for the day and if we wanted the truck we should have put down a deposit for them to hold it (Ok, I understand where he was coming from but if a deposit was required, why were we not informed on this? Why were we told that the truck was going to be there and for us to be there at 12?) All in all the GM ended up hanging up on us, I think he felt foolish and didn't really know what to say. In my opinion a good business would have offered us maybe another vehicle since we drove all that way, we didn't get so much as an apology. Now, I know this review isn't going to get us the truck we were looking at, but I am hoping this can shed some light on the true colors of this dealership. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. This is in no one slander nor bad mouthing this dealership. This is just me telling my story of my purchase experience. I test drove a vehicle and it had a check engine light on. I did not purchase the vehicle. Called back a few days later and said I would purchase the vehicle if the check engine light problem was repaired and if they came down to the price I was willing to pay. They agreed to my price and assured me that the reason for the check engine light being on was repaired. I verified the light was out before I purchased it and then I purchased. Same day about 20 miles since I purchased the vehicle check engine light came on. They did not want to help resolve this matter. A few days later the vehicle start to have a vibration and check engine light starts flashing. The quote to repair this vehicle is over 4K and they don't want anything to do with it. They basically reset the check engine light to trick me into purchasing the vehicle. Complete scam. Feel free to ask questions I would love to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more
