I stopped in on Good Friday, which was yes, April 3rd and I simply asked if I could still get the discount and the manager (blonde lady, there might be more than one manager)....she was super rude and just said, "It's APRIL." NO. I had planned on also purchasing a rather expensive statement piece, but after that answer.....I just wanted to leave. They don't need my money and I can purchase Kendra Scott elsewhere. I don't think I'll ever go back. She could have been nicer about it. I understand it was April, but seriously. A little kindness goes along way, and this lady needs some.

I've seen a few different ladies there, and every single one of them has been so sweet and has done an amazing job with my hair. But after my experience yesterday, I felt like I needed to leave a review for a completely different reason. In the middle of my appointment, I had an unexpected medical episode. There were more details involved behind the scenes than I'm comfortable sharing publicly, but it was an incredibly vulnerable situation for me. When I came to, I didn't even realize anything had happened. What I'll never forget is how they handled it. The owner was calmly talking my stylist through what to do, everyone stayed completely composed, and there was never a sense of panic. They treated me with so much empathy, compassion, and dignity during a situation that could have been incredibly embarrassing and scary. It's one thing to find a salon where people do great hair. It's another thing entirely to find a group of people who take care of you like a human being when something completely unexpected happens. I already loved coming here, but after yesterday, I have an entirely different level of appreciation for these ladies. Thank you for taking such good care of me when I needed it most.

No cleaning, or anything where my hands were exposed to water, chemicals. I noticed the was bubbling in the center and the corners started lifting. I paid for a manicure and if you can see, I still have cuticles that need trimming. I normally clip my own at home but they grow back so fast. This is one of the reasons that I do my own at home because salon prices have increased, and the quality of work is HORRIBLE. Not just at this salon, but so many others. Tip: if you're getting roots done you can ask for the extended time which is 45 min or the standard time. No one explained to me the process. A different the girl washed my hair. She did a great job. When my hair was washed, she asked me if I wanted a brush or a comb. I wasn't expecting to be asked that question. She proceeded to walk me to this bar where there were a blow dryer and hair products. She pretty much left me there. I'm pretty speechless at this point because obviously from everything that's going on I can figure out myself that it's DO YOUR OWN HAIR. If you want to invest in a blow dryer, the Dyson works faster and the business should invest in providing microfiber hair towels. Their hair dryer took forever to dry my hair. .I walked out there with partially wet hair. I wasn't going to stay in the entire time to blow dry my hair and do my hair right where everyone is sitting. In fact, I just wanted to get out of there. I wanted to take a look at my hair to see the roots were recovered and that was pretty much it. What I failed to check is the color was left on my hairline from the hair wash. Smh.. The woman who colored my roots didn't check to see if the roots turned out ok. She wasn't the one who checked me out either. She went on to the next person without even acknowledging a thank you for coming in or hope you like your hair. Despite her lack of customer service, I still left her gratuity. Unfortunately, I'll never return to this location. No customer service. Disappointed. Feedback: If you're looking for new customers or new members for that matter, you might want to reiterate the process of how your business works because as I was sitting there, I was interested in being a member.
