I stopped in on Good Friday, which was yes, April 3rd and I simply asked if I could still get the discount and the manager (blonde lady, there might be more than one manager)....she was super rude and just said, "It's APRIL." NO. I had planned on also purchasing a rather expensive statement piece, but after that answer.....I just wanted to leave. They don't need my money and I can purchase Kendra Scott elsewhere. Either way, the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The setup is great with chairs lined up next to each other and across from each other divided by a "color bar" where your colorist mixes the colors in front of you in preparation. They also offer blow drys and styling for an additional price. Otherwise, you come in for a color, wash/rinse, and can finish styling yourself at a self service station with a blow dryer, styling products, and comb or brush of your choice. I definitely plan to return because I enjoyed the experience and like how my color turned out. I signed up for a membership. I will not be using their deep conditioning products in the future. I upgraded and added it to my service but had many tangles and knots in my hair to comb out after my rinse.
