Dr Reale has been my medical professional for a long time now. The first encounter he stated "You know your own body, I am just the doctor helping navigate it (your body)." He has stayed true to that statement after several years. He genuinely listens as well give professional advice on what you are seeking or doing for and against your health. From the front desk, Ron especially, very rude, to the office manager, Beatrice, knows nothing about management and seeing things through, to the doctor, Reale, lost his compassion. Move on. The staff doesn't care, because the doctor does holds low standards for the office. The service has declined rapidly over the years. Urgent prescriptions don't get filled, calls are not returned and empty promises are made, which is very disheartening. The nurse is ok, but rarely smiles. Save yourself and find a doctor, and staff that care. Hope this helps someone. read more

He ordered a series of blood work based on his expertise he referred me to a specialist that may help further in finding answers. I just filed a complaint with the medical board of CA. This doctor put me off for 7 months knowing I had skin cancer for the past year. He kept referring me to a place I couldn't be seen at. I called 2-3 times a month and he never once returned my call. He refills meds when he feels like it. He made me go through withdrawal after withdrawal. Never filling on time. No auto refills, you have to call. But then the office does nothing. The staff and receptionist are rude and will just hang up on you after making you frustrated. I've asked for back xray records over and over again. And when you call to follow up on everything (ask g again and again) they treat you like they are in a rush for lunch cutting you off and not letting You address your concerns. For 7 months they kept me calling for my skin cancer on my face until finally I had to change insurance all together. The medical group, Regal Medical Group/Lakeside Medical Group did nothing to help me. This doctor kept giving me the dermatologist over and over again when I called and called and called telling him I could not see that dermatologist. He didn't care. He never calls you back. A year in the office proved detrimental to my health. I have filed a complaint after once again he failed to fill my meds or return my call or get me a referral for my skin cancer on my face, in my ears (MOHS went in 5 times and it's back) not address my X-rays for my back that I had to get for disability. He's full of ego. Graduated in 1993. He should lose his license. read more

I've been going to the emergency room for gallstones and I haven't even seen this Provider yet and he had the decency to call me back and work with me after hours which was so nice he went above and beyond to try and get to know what was going on and try and get me the referrals I needed so I could have surgery! This is unheard of for a medi-cal dr! I'm so impressed and he was very knowledgeable and really took the time didn't rush me and listened to me and was so nice. Dr. Reale is the best doctor I've ever met so far in my life. He made me feel there is a doctor who still cares about patient-first, not money-first. I honestly don't want to write a too-good review because I don't want him to be so busy and doesn't have time to meet me when I have real sick. But he definitely deserves 10 stars from me. The downside for me seems to be the office doesn't have high-tech or up-to-date tools. However, I care about doctors/nurses more than tools. I think that he cannot invest much to upgrade everything because Dr. Reale is not a businessman doctor. I definitely recommend Dr. Reale to anyone. He cares you. read more

BY FAR the best doctor in existence! I've been with Dr. Reale since he started at the practice around 1995 and have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. He cares and unlike most other physicians will sit and talk with you to find out what's wrong. I now live pretty far from the office and continue to have him as my PCP. I've been trying to see this dr for weeks. This dr doesn't appear to care about his patients. I called first I had an animal bite he told me he can't see me, I called with severe stomach issues and they told me they can't see me for weeks! I never have any communication with a nurse or the DR. My only communication was with the receptionist and she was rude! The dr refused to speak to me or accommodate my urgent medical issue. Great, personable doctor. I chose Dr. Reale from my insurance company's list, and reading online reviews. He is a fantastic, thorough, friendly and informative doctor as I can imagine. Because of his thoroughness, though, he is often running behind schedule. For my first visit, he was about an hour behind when I arrived (late in the day), and because he spent so much time with me, was about 80-90 minutes behind when I left. He listened to every one of my concerns, and discussed various medications, exercise and diet issues, and how they impacted my overall health. I've also visited another doctor at the practice (on an urgent visit when Dr. Reale didn't have an opening), and was satisfied with him too. read more

Dr. Reale is a wonderful doctor. He is very caring, knowledgeable and has a great personality. He has been my doctor for nearly 20 years and I'm very glad that I started with him when he was just beginning his career as a doctor.
