The equipment was state of the art, pristinely clean, members all in uniforms and they are fast, efficient and effective. I wanted to keep the wood and they cut the trunks for me to split. Fast and efficient. I called for help with some storm damage. Glen and his sons and crew were here within hours. He has all of the latest equipment to do the job. No dangerous climbing trees. He has lifts to reach 80 feet and can call in a crane when needed. He recently used a 120 foot boom to lower a large tree. His crew cleaned so well that they left it cleaner than before the damage. I have absolutely no idea how this got so turned around, but I had spoken with the owner, Glen, twice in as many days (the last time being 7:30 am this morning, the day of the intended delivery) about delivering and stacking a cord of seasoned firewood on my property. He spoke to how he had his son and nephews and cousins working with him and that the crew would be at my house early in the morning of the to get the job done, so I began looking for them at 8:30. A truck pulled up at 12:15 and the sole occupant got out and prepared to unload the truck in my driveway. Fortunately, I was able to stop him in time. The driver went on to mention how messed up the day and his deliveries had been so far. Maybe this company is good for tree service, but Glen seems to be too adept at talking out of both sides of his mouth!!
