The great feature of this store is it's organized and not a dumping ground for old unwanted stuff. I looked through their vinyl records which were categorized alphabetically and unlike most antique stores where the majority of albums are '60s Country & Western has-beens, there were actually classic albums I wanted to buy. There are so many cool things at this place I can only explain it as a Meow Wolf where you can buy the cool things you see. The response I got LITERALLY said "you should have received an email and your order should have shipped by now". Well no shit! So I had to email them again and ask them to follow up on the order since I had not received an email or the sweatshirt and Christmas was in 3 days. To which I received another email saying they've reached out to the people that handle the online ordering but have not gotten a response. No Christmas present arrived for my sister.... I reached out again on the 26th as I never heard back with any information. This time I received a response saying they are reaching out to the owners. Well we are now on Friday the 29th and still no idea where my order is and no response from the company. I've left a voice mail and tried to message through social media but all attempts to reach someone instruct you to email the worthless email address where clearly the person answering the emails doesn't know anything. The owner Patrick was super patient and kind and answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect plant children and how to care for them!
