Carolyn has an incredible eye for style and is always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. What I love most is that the store offers a wonderful mix of high-end vintage pieces alongside current styles, so there's always something special to discover. The jeans I'm wearing in these photos came from her shop, and they've quickly become one of my favorite purchases. What keeps me coming back is the experience. Shopping at The Vintage Label feels personal--you never feel rushed or pressured, just encouraged to find pieces that make you feel great. If you're looking for a boutique with thoughtfully curated fashion and exceptional customer service, I can't recommend The Vintage Label enough.

I asked if he could order the correct size and he said it was too late in the season. I got home and realized my heel was hanging over the back edge of the shoe and it looked ridiculous. My husband found the shoe online from the company directly for $40 less and in the correct size. When I tried to return the $170 unworn shoe, they rudly refused to return them. When a store has such a strict non-return/exchange policy it shout be disclosed at the time of sale! I feel they are counting on the tourist sales that will never return and they don't care about taking care of a valued local customer--- Very frustrating!
