I haven't seen polish pottery like this in years, they don't sell any quite like this where I'm from. Each of the pieces were crafted with the most detail and color that I've ever seen. It was so difficult walking out of the shop without getting one of everything. The prices initially might seem expensive, however it's a good reminder that pieces like this are one of a kind, specially crafted. I was tickled pink by all they had to offer. I highly recommend you take a visit. I haven't found a piece of polish pottery that wasn't crafted to perfection.

One had previous sent me a supposedly new item that clearly wasn't with accompanying sketchy information, so they were a hard no. The second had an error on their site so actually didn't have it. That left Chef's Corner. Took a bit for me to pull the trigger but their well organized site and fantastic Yelp reviews convinced me, along with a generous first purchase discount. I have to applaud them for being prompt to respond to inquiries, and their willingness to address a shipping challenge was truly a blessing. I bundled several items and everything arrived sooner than expected and in flawless condition. When I was setting up my table it caused me to look harder at a piece I recently ordered direct from Le Creuset and I discovered a flaw, (already proving a hassle to rectify that) so going forward I would absolutely order from Chefs Corner instead of direct from manufacturer. This company is unparalleled in a lot of respects in comparison to a lot of others selling the only brand of cookware I have interest in-Le Creuset. Turns out the "clearance" cabinet was actually backordered on a container ship overseas. Their own invoice showed the items as B/O at time of sale. When I asked for a fair resolution, the owner: * Repeatedly ignored my requests to communicate via email * Hid behind Terms and Conditions, then contradicted them by threatening to cancel my order * Gave me four different delivery timelines, none of which held * Blamed BDI, the shipping company, and the weather * Offered me a net $50 discount and called it "reasonable and fair" * Gave me 33 minutes via email to accept an offer or he'd cancel The moment I asked him to commit to an actual delivery date with accountability, he cancelled the order and refunded my deposit. Robert held $2,000 hostage for seven weeks for a cabinet that was never coming. Save yourself the headache.

They could have rushed us out, but instead they just started cleaning up and as soon as we noticed, we immediately made our way to check out. The cashier was very friendly and kind, which was the capstone on an already fantastic shopping experience. When I attempted to address the issue with customer service toll free number the rep was unaware of how to register a complaint. Annabel indicated that she is the store supervisor for this location. She was unable or unwilling to provide any recourse, and in fact, this afternoon she engaged in the same poor behavior and problematic communication that caused me to initiate a complaint. If you have experienced the same treatment, you have the option of filing a formal complaint with the Colorado Dept. of Regulatory Agencies, Civil Rights Division to ensure that rules regarding Public Accommodations are enforced. Perhaps Le Creuset will begin to take these concerns more seriously the more consumers document systemic issues with their employees.
